The guys who came out, like everyone I dealt with at Red Desert, were super friendly and professional. They even refused to take a tip for the job. We told her it would be a two part install from day one. We had them come out and measure but it took two in person visits to get a quote. They were "busy" ( every time we went in they were just sitting at the computer or eating) but said she was working on it. Finally got the quote , we ordered it and had to remind her it was the first installment out of two. She replied that the trip fee will be $275.00. We were aware of the trip fee but never told how much until we pre-paid. Seems like an arbitrary number and ridiculous fee that she should have been upfront about. Overall experience was sub par. Poor communication, did not care and likes to add hidden fees. I do not recommend this place.

Although we could not find what we wanted on the showroom floor, Brooke took our contact information and did some research online as was able to find a very close match to our desired tile.
