Having your entire house torn up and under construction can be stressful, but they made the whole experience so much easier. From the first day to the last, everyone on the team was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. Their communication was exceptional--we always knew what was happening, our questions were answered quickly, and they kept us informed every step of the way. The craftsmanship speaks for itself. Our new tile has completely transformed our home, and we couldn't be happier with the finished result. It's clear they take pride in their work, and it shows in every detail. What impressed us the most was how much they respected our home and treated us like valued customers rather than just another job. That level of care is hard to find. We trusted Verde Valley Remodeling enough to hire them again, and they proved once more why they have earned our confidence. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for quality workmanship, honest communication, and a team that truly cares. We will absolutely use them again for any future remodeling projects.

We had Verde Valley do a couple projects at our house, both were poor quality, but the exterior…read morepaint was especially disastrous. The painters did little to no prep work (scraping, covering, pressure washing, etc.) prior to painting. They painted the ground, the rocks, our flower beds, hose bibs, etc.. midway through the project they randomly told us they were no longer going to paint our back deck. When we asked them to be more conscientious and considerate of our property, we got a bunch of attitude and aggression from both the painters and their manager Dave. When we brought up our issues to the owner, Matthew, we got the same angry/aggressive response as if we were in the wrong for speaking up. I don't know too many companies that stay in business by bullying and gaslighting their customers, but these guys are certainly trying!

Despite it not being a large job, they fit us in quickly, which we really appreciated. I had contacted multiple contractors before this and many never followed up or followed through. After the initial call, he stayed in touch and kept us informed without us having to reach out. The quality of the work was solid, the details were handled thoughtfully, and everything was completed professionally. What was originally a very closed-off kitchen was transformed into a very open and inviting center of the home. Our remodel was a structural challenge, given the need to remove several walls and replace them with large pillars starting in the basement with new footings and custom beams that add both strength and character to the home. The custom beams required cabinetry woodworking precision with beautiful results. Nick and his team met every construction challenge. In addition to the kitchen, PCC installed new flooring, stone countertops, backsplash and custom cabinets with care and expertise. In addition to the kitchen, PCC refurbished our aging deck & installed a custom iron railing. The Prescott Culture Construction team were craftsmen in each phase of our remodel. We are very happy with the results. We highly recommend Prescott Culture Construction for anyone seeking high-quality home renovations.

I'm talking HGTV dream episode meets spa day for your house level good. Nick was a total pro: honest, efficient, detail-oriented, and somehow faster than I thought physics would allow. I blinked and half the roof was already stripped. Blinked again, and there was a brand new roof staring back at me like, "You're welcome." The work was thorough, like, surgical precision but make it roof tiles kind of thorough. I watched as old, worn-out tiles gave way to clean underlayment, like a snake shedding its skin to become a much better-insulated, leak-proof version of itself. They navigated tricky valleys, ventilation pipes, and multiple pitches with a kind of grace I didn't think was possible for construction. They cover Cottonwood, Sedona, the Verde Valley, even all the way up to Flagstaff and Prescott. So wherever you are in Northern Arizona, Nick's your guy. Honestly, I wish I had more homes so I could hire them again and again. Nick, if you're reading this, I'd like to nominate you as the Patron Saint of Roofs. If you're on the fence about getting your roof redone, climb down, call R&M, and let them work their magic. Your house, and your future self during the next rainstorm, will thank you.

Ordering the custom Velux units ended up taking longer than anyone anticipated--a manufacturer delay, not Nick's fault--but he kept me updated every step of the way. Once the skylights arrived, he scheduled the install quickly, measured each opening to the millimeter, and flashed and sealed them so tight there's no chance of a drip. He hauled away all the old materials, swept the yard, and left no mess behind. Nick was upfront about pricing from the start, answered every question (even late at night), and never slipped in surprise charges.
