I had a picture window replaced through Graham BuildingLLC/SureBuild. I purchased an Anlin double…read morepane, low E window which is documented on my receipt. There is a problem with a likely broken seal on the window. Calls and emails to the sales rep and SureBuild have gone unanswered. it seems that Graham Building LLC is no longer in business. I called Anlin as they have a limited lifetime warranty. After much research by Anlin I was informed that neither Graham Building, SureBuild, nor the sales rep are or ever have been authorized Anlin dealers and that they have no documentation of an Anlin picture window being purchased in the time frame that mine was ordered and installed. Apparently I was scammed and have filed a complaint with the AZ attorney general. Anlin will be sending an inspector to determine if it is actually an Anlin window and if it was installed correctly. SureBuild responded to my Google review asking me to send a copy of my receipt to a fake email and gave an obviously fictional 555 phone number. They think this is a joke. Just don't let the joke be on you!

I have to start off by saying I have never had such an easy, stress free experience like I did…read moredoing business with Dwell Well. The first person I met with was Greg VanDamm who came to do our bid. Before even speaking to him I knew I would like him. He has such a warm, sincere and kind presence and I just automatically felt like he had my best interest at heart. He truly listened to me and understood my vision. At first, when they wanted to charge me for an estimate I didn't know how I felt about that, but let me now say it's the best decision I have ever made. What you are paying for is an estimate that is true and doesn't leave any hidden cost. And, if you end up hiring them that cost you paid for the estimate goes towards your work, so you're really not even paying for the estimate. I did not pay one dollar over what they quoted me and that was what made the whole experience so stress free -- no hidden costs --- I knew exactly what i had agreed to. They do, however, let you know of things that may come up and cost more...I just didn't have anything come up that caused a problem. But, they are so good they let you know everything ahead of time. Now, I have to talk about the companys' team. Every person I came in contact with or had to talk to was the most professional and kind person I have ever met. When I called the office Sandy was always so helpful and patient. JT, who finished doing our bid spent hours extra making sure we got exactly what we were looking for. Rajilio, Chalino, Josh and Shawn were always so amazing when they came to our house to work. It's the little things sometimes, and never did I have to ask them to take their shoes off or put booties on...they were always thinking about me and did what would make me happy without even having to ask. As for the final product --all work beat my expectations and was so beautiful I can't wait to show my friends when they come over. If you are looking for quality, kindness and excellent workmanship with no stress I would never work with anyone other than Dwell Well. We have a second project in progress and they were the first ones we called! I will never even consider doing business with anyone else. Ordering the custom Velux units ended up taking longer than anyone anticipated--a manufacturer delay, not Nick's fault--but he kept me updated every step of the way. Once the skylights arrived, he scheduled the install quickly, measured each opening to the millimeter, and flashed and sealed them so tight there's no chance of a drip. He hauled away all the old materials, swept the yard, and left no mess behind. I knew more about what made logical sense than the contractor or crew did! This job was a complete frustrating disaster from day one and cost a fortune, definitely not worth the stress it created. I continue to pay for this company's mistakes (still have rotted wood and a leak). I will never recommend or use this company again. This guy called his 'friends' to do required repair work or quotes, as follows: an electrician charged $700 to cap off an exterior light, 6 pieces of interior window trim replaced (3" x 34") cost $1,000 (due to contractor's crew hammering the heck out of my dormers), and a $2,000 quote for mowing 2.5 acres. Guessing they all get a kickback from each other. Ladies, watch out for contractors who take advantage of women.

Administratively, Shannon adds to the effort with emails, texts, and phone calls when needed. Vic and Cruz were there to do the work respectfully and seamlessly. In a highly competitive marketplace like this, there are few local 'entrepreneurs' who are not as good. Having been subjected to less, here is hoping the latest iteration stays around for a long time.
