Not only did the insurance company reimburse my entire roof less the deductible, but Albert upgraded it into a more modern long-lasting shingle at no additional cost to me.   Albert also coordinated with solar panels removal, cleaning and replacement. And coordinated with Solatube (which I love) installing 3, and his roofer installing 1 Velux sun tunnel skylight (which I definitely don't love because it probably gives 20% of the Solatube light.) I'm listing my home soon, grateful to have the value of a new roof and skylights making all the difference.  He's even going to drive my 26 foot U-Haul for me on the day that I have to move and that says a lot about his dedication to his customers.  I would only recommend using Arizona Sky Roofing every time....  When you call ask for Albert Bronson.  Or just call him at 602-809-7277.

He went out of his way to come out early and walk us through paint swatches, and then worked around our schedule so he could be here when we would be. The work itself was fantastic. We had stucco repairs done and the entire exterior of our house painted, and the difference is huge. The quality of the work really speaks for itself and his crew was respectful, careful, and kept everything clean. What I think says the most about John though is that he just genuinely cared. We ended up having some plumbing and electrical issues come up while he was working, and even though neither had anything to do with his job, he was helping my husband troubleshoot and figure things out. Above and beyond. The whole experience honestly felt a little like having family help you take care of your house, which is not something I would normally say about a contractor. We absolutely love how the house turned out and would 100% use John again.

I selected this company because I had looked at two other homes within the development and liked the results. They came out on a Wednesday to power wash everything. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks!

Through the process we were impressed by everyone we met and dealt with. This business goes the extra mile to help you get things right, from letting you bring home samples, to expertise about products, and then maybe most important, standing behind their work and making sure you're satisfied. We were out of town while they did the work, but they kept in touch with me throughout. When we returned it all looked amazing, but we have a miscommunication about the type of trim we wanted. Some companies would give you the run around or just say, too bad. Red Desert was at our house the following day and took care of it, no problem. The guys who came out, like everyone I dealt with at Red Desert, were super friendly and professional. They even refused to take a tip for the job. On top of the exceptional quality and professionalism, Red Desert's pricing was also better than their competitors.
