Tile Perfected - Square drain, sharp edges, perfect fit

    Tile Perfected

Thank you, Tile Perfected! I absolutely love the backsplash Aaron installed in my kitchen. Aaron…read moreis very detailed in his work, ensuring every aspect of installation is to perfection. Tony, the owner, quoted a great price with high end materials. The company is ultra conscious of protecting the property of the homeowner, and leaving everything as pristine as it was upon arrival. I cannot commend them more on their beautiful work. Should the need arise for similar services in the future, I'll certainly be calling Tile Perfected. Many thanks.

We contacted Tile, Perfected about replacing the tile on our front porch. (A previous owner had…read moreinstalled slate and it was cracking and splintering in several areas.). Tony responded to my call the same day and came out to take a look at the job. He recommended that we consider a porcelain tile which would stand up better to the freeze and thaw cycles (vs slate). He also suggested that we consider finishing off the front-facing (vertical edge) of the porch with a metal trim piece and tile extending to the ground. This was something that no one else had recommended. Tony, and his assistant Alex, did a meticulous job of removing the old slate, grinding down the old adhesive until the surface was completely flat. They also sealed some cracks that had appeared under the old slate. They were very meticulous about laying the new tile. The tile installation came out better than we imagined, and we are extremely pleased with the results. The communication throughout the project was very good and Tony was very pleasant to work with. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the communication, quality of work, attention to detail, and the cleanup . If you are looking for a high-quality tile installation, be sure to check them out !

Totally Floored - Master bathroom after

Moved in to my new house thinking I could live with the existing carpet in the bedrooms.... Nah!…read more Went and picked out some tile and carpet to replace it. Everyone from sales to office/booking/payment to measuring to installation were SUPER friendly. David installed the tile and Mikey did the carpet and those guys worked hard to get things perfect! Friendly and unobtrusive as possible. Would recommend them for your flooring needs!!

We (daughter, wife and me) set out to select new studio flooring for her expanding business…read more Supporting local business was paramount. Met with Dan to discuss options, and a rolled vinyl flooring was the best one, and highly recommended. Totally Floored personnel prepped and installed the flooring and baseboard. The floor looked horrible from the time is was laid, in fact we went to the store within 30 minutes of the completed install. We were told we needed to wait 30 days for the floor to settle. Repairs were conducted the next day but over that 30 day time frame the floor got worse, bad enough for Dan to come out, see the finished product and tell us, this was the wrong floor option. One solution was to start over, but her business was not in a position to close down for several days to repair. A reasonable solution to replace some of the flooring with carpet squares was reached and seemed relatively easy. Installation of a small area was met with real challenges brought on by an unprofessional installer who should have NEVER been sent to make repairs to the originally flawed flooring installation. Six hours later, the flooring was installed, but not after several pieces being ripped out and reinstalled. During that process the installer walked in adhesive then walked on our new floor, getting adhesive everywhere. Dan has pretty much washed his hands of any additional services unless a trip hazard occurs. We still believe in supporting local small businesses, Made in the USA, when available, and recommending services to others, but in this case, we cannot and will not recommend Totally Floored, Prescott Valley to anyone. As a side note: this experience was riddled with so many issues that the old adage of "don't beat a dead horse" comes to mind.
