His prices were fair, the Legacy crew was reliable, efficient, very considerate when it came to our privacy, and their work is beyond compare. Juan thought the entire job, once started, would take about a month. He was spot on but I added quite a few additional projects once I saw the quality of work Legacy was able to perform. Kody Hageman is professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, creative and pays close attention to details…read more- even in clean-up. He initially came to fix something in our breaker box. That was just the beginning. Kody corrected an electrical problem created when another contractor replaced a fan in our heater (time in the unfinished attic). He installed several new breakers, a surge protector, changed out all electrical boxes (most of which were 40+ years old and crumbling). He built a wooden frame for the swamp cooler so that I could add a filter and fixed the problems in the crawl space (100°+). He added several new switches and repaired the incorrect & messy jobs done by non-pro's. He also repaired both my office fan and the ceiling (supposedly) supporting it as well as putting a new fan in master bedroom. There's more but I'll run out of room. Kody will be the first person I call for any and all home repairs. In addition to all the above, Kody is kind and very respectful. Thank you, Kody. Susan McArthur, Cottonwood, AZ
