Absolute worst service in town. Glass was broken into. Called twice for an estimate. I was told…read morethat someone will call me back. It's been two days. So I ended up going to BMW to speak to someone directly. The place was not busy on a Friday afternoon. The service advisor that I went to was watching videos on their phone before I interrupted her. I told her the whole story about the broken glass and wanted to get an estimate. No one from that BMW location called me back. The service advisor ended up giving you some excuse about an AI system and I told her no it's not your AI system. Someone human is who I spoke to. She ended up telling me that I had to leave the car for a technician to view it complete inconvenience. Here's a picture of the broken glass. There isn't anything else that needs replacing for the love of God. Absolute worst, no F given Attitude today from BMW before I went through insurance to just deal with it through BMW. I ended up going to BMW directly to my service advisor and all they could tell me is like I should leave the car and we'll get a technician to give an estimate 24 hours later One more thing if you look at the reviews on yelp, they only have 3.5 stars I can see why but I would say it's a one star shop

Andrew and…read moreChandler were to install an EV charger and they noticed that a wire from the meter was melting and diagnosed the problem as a loose connection. They recommended I contact APS... who arrived pretty quick - turns out those type of issues inspire 1st responder like "show up times"... Andrew, Chandler and Jim (APS tech) - worked together to replace the melted wire and insured the connection was secure. This was a serious issue, so much so that in cases like this, Jim is required to deactivate power to the property until the wire is repaired. In addition to the potential of causing a house fire, the issue could have caused a wildfire (the property is at the base of Granite Mountain). Thank guys - you're life savers!
