November 1, Bobby installed the new hot water heater and did a great job with the flooring repair. Couldn't wait for the first shower! Only to have not hot water. Okay, wait until the next day giving it plenty of time to heat. Still minimal hot water. VVH sent several technicians, finally determining the fault to be the heater itself. This was where my concern for having one responsible party paid off! VVH replaced the defective heater with a different brand, at no additional cost to me.
