Scheduling the appointment was easy and the woman who took my call was friendly, knowledgeable and, as importantly, laughed at my stupid jokes. The tech showed up about 10 minutes early and diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes. The cold water valve inside the machine was leaking and would have to be replaced. The tech suggested also replacing the hot water valve. I agreed to the price and he had it repaired inside of 30 minutes. He also checked out the drum bearings and the pump. The tech was a great guy who cleaned up the inside of the machine and made sure everything was the way he found it. I couldn't be happier.

Terry checked things out initially finding the lint trap screen had deposits from dryer sheets that were clogging the air holes. He scrubbed it thoroughly with soap, and then proceeded to check out every other possible problem I could be having. It was not an easy process as my vent goes to the roof of my house, and he was able to clean it out with what he calls his 'fishing rod'.
