There was some issues with communication from the business office that led me to have to find another electrician. I was very pleased with the electrician when he came out to do an initial estimate. He was friendly and explained that this company enjoys helping home owners with these kind of electrical needs that I had at the time. The value seems to be a little higher than others but everyone has their own rates set. So I still think it's reasonable. I don't know how well the work would have been done, so I'm only reviewing the experience that I did have. 4/5 stars due to the communication issue. I called the office and spoke to a gal multiple times who was not relaying messages to the electrician. That's my only issue. read more

This is not a review on a project completed, but feedback on the scheduling process. I have made contact on 3 separate occasions to obtain an estimate on some ceiling fan installations along with the need for a dedicated circuit to run a hot tub in the yard. I have spoken with two different female individuals (both very kind in real-time), however no one ever calls us back to provide more information or to schedule an in-home estimate. They take down my information, suggest they'll call back, and never do. I guess they don't want the work or need the money. We're more than happy to continue with our search for a reputable electrician company. That's too bad (and we're new to the area). Doesn't leave great first impressions and I don't think I'd recommend their services moving forward. read more

It can be challenging to find responsive contractors in Flagstaff, nonetheless ones that are affordable and deliver quality work. Darren did work on our panel and throughout our house in Kachina to fix some old and potentially dangerous wiring. His team checked all of the boxes. Great communication, fast, quality work and at a fair price. The other 3-5 contractors I contacted were hard to get ahold of and/or more expensive. This is the first company I will call if I ever need electrical work in the future. read more

I had a small fire in my water heater area and a stove 220 wire got burned and melted. I called on a Saturday - they could have come but I wasn't in a rush so they came on Monday. They fixed it and checked the rest of the wiring also. I would definitely call them again if I need an electrician. read more

I called this company for an estimate to run some electrical to an outside shed. The appointment was set up and person was on-time and spoke with my husband. He was told that we would have an estimate for work on Monday (appt. was before weekend). Monday came and went as did the whole week with no estimate. I called and left a message requesting an estimate and still don't have one. If they can't even get an estimate together, I'd be worried about their work. If as a company, you decide you don't want the job, that is fine, but you should tell your customer that! read more
