I don't know how well the work would have been done, so I'm only reviewing the experience that I did have. 4/5 stars due to the communication issue. My…read morewife and I had originally bought our home in 2015 and found some issues with the electrical wiring, we searched around and found a few electricians whom were available at the time but they were not really all that good and in fact as we found out later, they were plain awful. Being first time new home buyers, we didn't really know the difference and figured that the work perform was conducted as expected...properly. Boy were we wrong. For nearly 5 years we utilized the electricians that were recommended to us by our home warranty program. By the time our AC Plugs were wearing out and our Light Fixtures were sparking every time we tried to turn on a light, we said enough is enough. We were also rapidly approaching the birth of our first little baby girl and as a result, we wanted these electrical problems fixed, and fixed for good. My wife found KC Elite Electric while shopping around and looking at electricians that had excellent reviews. At this time we scheduled a meeting and met Kelvin. Our first initial meeting went well as Kelvin arrived and evaluated the work we wanted done, we were quoted a price and an estimated time to have the work completed. In all, we were initially wanting to have spark / fire resistant boxes installed in all the AC outlets (46 in total) with the combination of the House, Exterior Backyard & Garage). We also wanted to change our Fluorescent Light Bulb Ballasts in the garage to LED Ballasts to resolve winter weather affects on our lights. Lastly, we wanted to have 6 light fixture switches check and possibly replaced since they were sending out sparks from the middle of the switch when being turned on or off. As Kelvin went through our home making the necessary changes he found all of our light fixtures that were completed by a different electrician to be inappropriately installed with the Ground Wires not attached. Furthermore, work that was completed on the Microwave / Oven AC Outlets was installed with illegal wiring from the previous electrician. Astoundingly, KC knew how to perform the work to be in proper compliance with any electrical inspection. Furthermore, Kelvin had a well stock inventory on board is truck, thus no waiting around for appropriate parts or needs, he would most of the time have exactly what he needed to complete the job, the first time with no delay. From what started out as a fairly repetitive and middle size job became a much larger responding issue. Thankfully KC Elite stood to their name, being Elite. All of the Electrical problems were resolved rapidly, efficiently, and appropriately and the cost for the job was very reasonable. We finally found our forthright Electrician and we would not recommend anyone else for any electrical needs in Flagstaff, Arizona. We would highly recommend KC Elite for any electrical needs.
