I almost didn't contact them just because I hate my name haha but I'm so glad I did call them because they were the only company who were helpful. Jim seemed like he genuinely cared and understood what was going on even before he came out, based on my description, and that was consistent throughout the work. He had to rent a tool to handle the situation properly evidently because his broke and was just overall ridiculously diligent in understanding and properly handling the situation from the start. Kind human and much appreciated. My roommate's bathroom was having issues and I'm not knowledgeable about plumbing so glad to have a professional who knows and cares about good quality work and customer service. I can't say enough good things about this company based on this interaction and it was regarding plumbing which isn't something I enjoy talking about, thinking about nor dealing with issues about lol. He was even initially contacting other companies for me to try to get anyone out, since his tool to fix it had broken, which just shows that a company can care more about their customers than about greed. I could tell genuinely that he cared about providing quality and helping people; my kind of people! None of the other companies really were communicative or even called me back by late the next day except for one, Royal, which I'll reviewed separately (not a positive interaction). With all the snow, plus it being so cold the fact that everything was handled with such a good attitude was impressive & appreciated as well. I'd recommend Aspen services without hesitation to anyone. Very professional and helpful. Jim at Aspen Services did a great job of fixing the leak in our shower. He took the time to make sure both the hot and cold valve stems we're OK and replaced of the seats and springs underneath. Once the main water was turned back on everything worked fine without any leak. read more

Extremely Unprofessional. After doing business with Jim for a number of years under agreed terms as we are a business he advised that he no longer allows billing everything is C.O.D. Understandably this was discussed after he agreed to complete a job at one of our retail locations in Flagstaff and when I advised that per agreement we can not pay via CC or cash instead of politely then declining he hung up on me after being over 2 hours late to the jobsite. When the call disconnected I tried reaching back out and was told it should have been obvious he didnt want to complete the agreed upon work when he hung up on me and told me to F*** Off. This is a terrible way to do business and we will advise our Retail Clients of this particular companies behavior and hope they never have to be disrespected as I was. read more
