I thought it would be an interim hire, but the guy was so dependable and conscientious I never had a reason to hire my own guy (within my company) to maintain this property. There were times I wouldn't contact or hear from Paul for a month because he (and I) knew that he was just going to take care of things. Point is Paul is one of those rare finds in construction and maintenance that you can tell him what you'd like done and he just handles it. Best I can say is hire Paul for one project and you will be calling him for your next project and your project after that. When there was something nonrelated to his scope of work I would call him for a Flagstaff referral (I live in Phoenix) and he seems to know everyone up in Northern Arizona, so he has plenty of contacts.
