I called today and was sent to VM which then just hung up. I called back and asked Theresa if the owner was there and was told everyone was gone for the day and that there was no quote at 9 am. I asked if they didn't want to work with me to just let me know so I could find someone else after a month. I was told that was not her place but that there was no other help to give me. Mind you I waited a month to be told they were not even providing me a quote. Now I have to start completely over because of them. I would never ever use this company. When we finally caved and called a plumber we called Roto Rooter to get an idea of what the problem might be. They ended up quoting us almost $800 to begin to fix the problems...not including the new toilets he claimed we needed. Even though we are slow to call in the pro's we are not the type to take the first bid so after a recommendation for Speedy Plumbing, we had Dale come and look at our plumbing issues. He took a look at our toilets and he too said that we may need some new toilets due to the flat design of them (or something like that, I can't quite remember) and his bid was only $250 for the same service that Roto Rooter was going to give us. But, first he wanted to try something... he took a knife out of his pocket and cleaned the thick calcium build-up from the jets of our toilets (they were almost completely blocked, thanks to our mineral rich water). Voila! That was all we needed! $85 later we are in the clear and plunging is no longer a daily task! You should call Speedy Plumbing instead!!!

Danny sent out a brand new tech -- Lloyd -- the next day to investigate. Lloyd tripped and put his entire foot through our kitchen ceiling, creating a big hole in the kitchen ceiling. Danny immediately agreed to pay for the repairs of the kitchen ceiling as that was 100% his company's fault and even mentioned that it would probably cost us $200-$300 for those extra repairs. Months later in November 2020, I had to threaten him with legal action before he finally sent a PARTIAL check for the repairs. Our drywall technician charged $125 to patch the kitchen ceiling, including 5 visits to our house to measure, fill, dry, patch, dry, patch, dry, patch, and sand the area. Our painter charged $100 to climb up on top of our cabinets 3 times to paint and repaint the area, and the paint match still is not exact. The total for our kitchen ceiling repair was $225. I did not charge Danny for the damage to the flooring or the adjacent walls. After threatening that my attorney would contact him next week, Danny finally sent a check for $155 (NOT $225 as requested and backed up by my receipts that I sent him), and he DID NOT SIGN his check! When I emailed Danny regarding the unsigned check in the wrong amount, he insisted on my returning his unsigned check before he would send another $155 and said I can get a lawyer for the other $70 for a painter who "was onsite anyway" to repair all the damage that Danny and his guy did in our master bedroom, including peeling paint off our walls with his inferior tape, putting staples in our brand new floor "accidentally" with their shoes, and scuffing and damaging our brand new cork flooring with their ladder and their shoes. After Danny saw my review (which was worse than it is now!), he immediately wrote to say he would now pay the $225 in full and asked me to take down the review. He then said he was being petty! I have now received his check for $225. He continues to ask me to "pretty please" delete the review. I have revised the review from 1 to 3 stars and softened it a bit. I will not be coerced into deleting the facts.

Absolute worst. Although I found his pricing to be…read morequestionable, we decided to move forward with a bathroom remodel. Alejandro requested I gut the previous bathroom which I thought might save some money. I did not. His price continued to go up. We scheduled the remodel to occur while I took my wife on vacation. The home is a one bath. He insisted on removing the floor early and that included the toilet so no toilet for 24 hours. But it gets worse. Upon returning from vacation, I find that the toilet has not been seated properly and has leaked onto the floor, requiring a plumber to fix. The thermostat has been rewired incorrectly, requiring an electrician to repair. And the literal exterior wall to the home has been screwed through with 20-30 screws. The list goes on but since a complaint has been dismissed because I needed to repair and use the bathroom before an inspector could arrive, I wanted the next person to be aware. When given the opportunity to correct a soffit vent that he abandoned, he cut and mangled the vent cover, damaged more siding, and scrapped and marked the ceiling. I emailed the inspector shortly after and the next day Alejandro sent someone else to repair his terrible workmanship.
