He assigned Jeremey his head Service Technician to investigate the situation that day. Jeremy arrived within 2 hours with a huge amount of Aloha Spirit, courtesy, empathy, and professionalism. He offered an expert analysis on the findings and conditions determining the immediate steps to take. The ServiceMaster Team - David, Harrison, Roy and Zach arrived the next day to start water mitigation then mold remediation. Harrison and their Project Manager David were incredibly helpful and meticulous on the project work. Andrew annis and his crew were extremely professional and courteous. They answered all of our questions and explained every step of the process in detail. Andrew annis and his crew put back everything they touched the way it was before this disaster happened. They left a dehumidifier, 2 industrial fans and 2 blowers to thoroughly dry our 2 bathrooms and the threshold carpets.
