They left a dehumidifier, 2 industrial fans and 2 blowers to thoroughly dry our 2 bathrooms and the threshold carpets. I will start by saying that we had another company come in and do the…read moredry out from an emergency water leak over the weekend (our home warranty required we use that company). Our insurance adjuster then recommended Servpro for the repairs. Three months after the event occurred, we did not have a start date. Communication was lacking and overall customer service was poor. We had one manager tell us we could patch some damaged flooring, and another come out shorty after (since the first manager's team dropped the ball) and tell us the flooring could not be patched, and all of the home's flooring would need to be demolished and repaired. We ended up cancelling the service contract and going on our own for the repairs with two other contractors. Perhaps Servpro is fine for the dry out, but I would not recommend them for repairs.

We recently had an issue with a leaking hot water expansion tank. I called DC Restoration that…read moreafternoon and they had two men out to us the following morning at 8:00 AM. Andrew and Colton were amazing. By using a high-end moisture detector, they were able to definitively demonstrate where the water had flowed, what needed to replaced and what sustained no damage. They pulled up the damp flooring, removed the affected drywall and insulation. Cleaning as they worked, they were out the door in a little over two hours and we were good to go. DC also let me borrow one of their industrial floor drying fans to speed up drying out process. Thanks guys, it really helped. I had no issues with DC Restoration and would use them again without hesitation. DC Restoration also worked directly our claims adjuster at Farm Bureau, which was also appreciated.
