They painted the ground, the rocks, our flower beds, hose bibs, etc.. midway through the project they randomly told us they were no longer going to paint our back deck. When we asked them to be more conscientious and considerate of our property, we got a bunch of attitude and aggression from both the painters and their manager Dave. When we brought up our issues to the owner, Matthew, we got the same angry/aggressive response as if we were in the wrong for speaking up. I don't know too many companies that stay in business by bullying and gaslighting their customers, but these guys are certainly trying!

Like Suzanne E., I wasted more money than I care to think about (thousands) on other mold remediation companies. Scott deftly identified the cause, rather than merely treating the symptoms, as the other companies had. He immediately rolled up his sleeves and went to work as soon as he had carefully explained to this nervous Nellie (me) how each project and stage would take place. I am a type A person with high anxiety when it comes to things that impact my (and my beloved tail-waggers) health. I also run my own two companies out of my house. That I was able to continue running my business while also remaining calm while Scott and his team did their work over a period of about 7 days is the greatest testimony that I could ever give. But there's more! While I am well-loved by my many friends, I am also known as the olympic-record holder of jumping to conclusions. That Scott succeeded at COMPLETELY solving my issue (both real and imagined mold issues) despite my conviction that that would be impossible is both heroic and rare in my world. My home inspector found several issues that needed repair that involved several specialties (plumbing, carpentry, drywall). I remembered my conversation with Mike and called him. We had a preliminary discussion on the phone about what needed to be done, and he assured me that he was qualified in all the required areas. It's also important to note that Mike is a licensed contractor. Mike came to the house at the appointed time and date and reviewed my list and checked out the areas where the work was needed. He gave me an estimate based on the number of hours he thought the work would take over a three-day period. Having been around the block many times regarding home repair, I found the estimate to be competitive and reasonable. I hired Mike. He arrived on the job promptly every morning.
