Apologized that they got a late start. He and his girlfriend, they work together, showed up shortly after the text. They both got right to work and were done within an hour. I've had quite a few roofers knock on my door over the last several storm seasons and I had been…read morewaiting for some storm to make a new roof covered by my insurance.  Albert simplified the nuances of how the claim system works, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable by walking me through all the processes. Not only did the insurance company reimburse my entire roof less the deductible, but Albert upgraded it into a more modern long-lasting shingle at no additional cost to me.   Albert also coordinated with solar panels removal, cleaning and replacement. And coordinated with Solatube (which I love) installing 3, and his roofer installing 1 Velux sun tunnel skylight (which I definitely don't love because it probably gives 20% of the Solatube light.) Cut to a week later no quote so I called in to check on the status and was told every time I called in..it should be end of the day. That went on for 3 weeks the last time I called in I was told it would be done by Friday of that week and to give them time. Friday came and went and no call or quote. I called today and was sent to VM which then just hung up. I called back and asked Theresa if the owner was there and was told everyone was gone for the day and that there was no quote at 9 am. I asked if they didn't want to work with me to just let me know so I could find someone else after a month. I was told that was not her place but that there was no other help to give me. Mind you I waited a month to be told they were not even providing me a quote. Now I have to start completely over because of them. I would never ever use this company. And honestly good luck getting your work done if this is how they treat someone just being patient and giving them ample time to quote work to be done.

They painted the ground, the rocks, our flower beds, hose bibs, etc.. midway through the project they randomly told us they were no longer going to paint our back deck. When we asked them to be more conscientious and considerate of our property, we got a bunch of attitude and aggression from both the painters and their manager Dave. When we brought up our issues to the owner, Matthew, we got the same angry/aggressive response as if we were in the wrong for speaking up. I don't know too many companies that stay in business by bullying and gaslighting their customers, but these guys are certainly trying!
