The adjuster came out and was great said they would get me a quote in 2 to 3 days max. Cut to a week later no quote so I called in to check on the status and was told every time I called in..it should be end of the day. That went on for 3 weeks the last time I called in I was told it would be done by Friday of that week and to give them time. Friday came and went and no call or quote. I called today and was sent to VM which then just hung up. I called back and asked Theresa if the owner was there and was told everyone was gone for the day and that there was no quote at 9 am. I asked if they didn't want to work with me to just let me know so I could find someone else after a month. I was told that was not her place but that there was no other help to give me. Mind you I waited a month to be told they were not even providing me a quote. Now I have to start completely over because of them. I would never ever use this company. And honestly good luck getting your work done if this is how they treat someone just being patient and giving them ample time to quote work to be done.

Not only did the insurance company reimburse my entire roof less the deductible, but Albert upgraded it into a more modern long-lasting shingle at no additional cost to me.   Albert also coordinated with solar panels removal, cleaning and replacement. And coordinated with Solatube (which I love) installing 3, and his roofer installing 1 Velux sun tunnel skylight (which I definitely don't love because it probably gives 20% of the Solatube light.) They made multiple attempts to pay this company directly and they couldn't reach anyone. This is not the type of service I would expect from this company who is "well known". Edit: they said they had an emergency which is understandable, but communication is important when anything changes. When communication is broken, trust is lost.
