I called corporate who told me I'd get a call back within 30 minutes, never got any call. My insurance was paying for this service to be completed. They made multiple attempts to pay this company directly and they couldn't reach anyone. This is not the type of service I would expect from this company who is "well known". Edit: they said they had an emergency which is understandable, but communication is important when anything changes. When communication is broken, trust is lost.

We reached out to Go To Services as our 3rd call to get our bathroom remodeled (just a tiny, 6'x9'…read morebathroom), but they ended up being the lowest bidder, and seemingly the most honest. Our bathroom had some mold, but we suspected it was simply surface mold and not black mold; our first two contractors that came out just made the on-the-spot determination: that's black mold, we'll need to tear everything down to the studs, replace everything, etc. Go To was the first to say, "Let's take a look at this." Thankfully, everything tested out just fine. There were a couple hiccups along the way: there was a misunderstanding about the tile pricing, and there was a considerable issue with the people who came in to do the tile work causing damage to my front yard by walking through it, using it to set up equipment, etc., but in the end, that was remedied after I talked to the foreman. The final result was a very beautiful bathroom with extremely well-done tile, paint, and plumbing work. They were very good with communication throughout the process and took care of EVERY issue as soon as it was pointed out. I would definitely use them again.

Lack of respect for the home with issues like damage done to preexisting items and significant paint over spray. Constant miscommunications with who was showing up when. Went through three project managers and still needed to have an outside contractor come in and check all the work daily. Things broken and then hidden. They do the bare minimum and then see how much you are willing to complain. Cracked materials used, damage to stainless steel appliances by resting other metal items on them. Weeks and weeks of waiting to go things ordered. They wasted my own left over materials I gave them to use. Easily the worst situation I have had with a company . The mold mitigation team and Alex in the front office were awesome and lured me into a false sense that they could do the rebuild. They did win in that I finally just had to tell them to get out and have the rest done and a cleaning crew come in. I will be sharing this to all platforms, review sites and the better business bureau. The only advantage I had was they were part of my home insurance so I had to sign off on there work. I did extremely reluctantly. I have extensive documentation of everything. They will not be working with my home insurance company again and I warn anyone else from using them. I went through three project managers and numerous workmen and they were worse then the last.

He scheduled us for the next week and only asked that we take small items off of the floor and tables and they'd move the rest. They actually showed up a bit early. Two guys, Nathan and an assistant Rob. They went right to work and although they might have gotten a bit annoyed at my questions they were professional and respectful of the property. They were here all day; close to 8 hours. The carpets look great and we were able to remove the plastic under table and chair legs the next morning and put things back the way they were. More expensive than the national chains (for good reason!) but well worth it.

Thane said he would do his best, but couldn't guarantee that the stain would come out. $640 and two months later, I finally get the rug back. I appreciated Thane's honesty when he said he couldn't get the stain out. When I got it home and unrolled it, the stain was worse than what it was when I sent it to him. In fact, it looked like it has spread. I don't think Thane ever vacuumed the rug prior to "cleaning" it. My husband and I have vacuumed over the rug almost a dozen times and are still pulling out a TON of dirt. Sadly, there are now chunks of the rug missing from simply vacuuming it. Thane said he power washed it and let it sit in a solution to get the smell out. He got the smell out, and ruined the rest of it. All I want is my $640 back. I'm not even asking him to replace the rug. I don't think he did anything to clean the rug other than power wash it and let it sit in soap, which, by the way, is still coming out when I rinse it with the shampooer.
