He was a no show today. I texted him at 9:16am and no response. I tried calling the main 928 phone number, voicemail is full. I called corporate who told me I'd get a call back within 30 minutes, never got any call. My insurance was paying for this service to be completed. They made multiple attempts to pay this company directly and they couldn't reach anyone. This is not the type of service I would expect from this company who is "well known". Edit: they said they had an emergency which is understandable, but communication is important when anything changes. When communication is broken, trust is lost.

He is so responsive, really cares about what he is doing, for his customers, and is truly honest in his work. We found some additional issues at our home recently and have been experiencing symptoms which left us feeling like we needed Aaron back out. He assigned Jeremey his head Service Technician to investigate the situation that day. Jeremy arrived within 2 hours with a huge amount of Aloha Spirit, courtesy, empathy, and professionalism. He offered an expert analysis on the findings and conditions determining the immediate steps to take. The ServiceMaster Team - David, Harrison, Roy and Zach arrived the next day to start water mitigation then mold remediation. Harrison and their Project Manager David were incredibly helpful and meticulous on the project work. It was a nightmare when I walked in (water running for 7 Hours, completely ruined an entire office and the showroom below it). I called the first company I saw online and luckily it was Go To Services. They showed up within 30 minutes and reassured me that they would handle everything. Within an hour there, more than a dozen people showed up to save the day. I have a vivid memory of them all walking in with smiles on their faces and letting me know that it would be handled before I knew it. My blood pressure dropped immediately. It wasn't long before they had cleaned all the water up, had fans blowing, dehumidifiers running, had plastic everywhere, and we were discussing how they could put it all back together. Which they did....in record time! Not only was I happy but my tenants all raves about them over the coming weeks as they put things back together. The finished product was on point. Lack of respect for the home with issues like damage done to preexisting items and significant paint over spray. Constant miscommunications with who was showing up when. Went through three project managers and still needed to have an outside contractor come in and check all the work daily. Things broken and then hidden. They do the bare minimum and then see how much you are willing to complain. Cracked materials used, damage to stainless steel appliances by resting other metal items on them. Weeks and weeks of waiting to go things ordered. They wasted my own left over materials I gave them to use. Easily the worst situation I have had with a company . The mold mitigation team and Alex in the front office were awesome and lured me into a false sense that they could do the rebuild. They did win in that I finally just had to tell them to get out and have the rest done and a cleaning crew come in. I will be sharing this to all platforms, review sites and the better business bureau. The only advantage I had was they were part of my home insurance so I had to sign off on there work. I did extremely reluctantly. I have extensive documentation of everything. They will not be working with my home insurance company again and I warn anyone else from using them. I went through three project managers and numerous workmen and they were worse then the last.

However, I signed the contract with Albert, the salesman/project manager, for white GAF materials, but then he later called saying GAF white was not available, and that he had changed it to Owens Corning Shasta White (without mentioning that GAF warranty was 50 yrs, O/C was 10; why would anyone choose 10 yrs rather than 50?) 5-26 Roof installed; all went beautifully. 6-25 I texted requesting roof warranty since I am listing my home & realtor must have it. 6-25 text: Ok, Susie, I'll be sure to send over to you :) 6-27 text: I desperately need it. Have to get my disclosures in asap. Also indicate if transferrable PLEASE." & your ROC#, "also is it energy star?" 6-27 Albert text: "OK, I'll call you tomorrow morning." Then I posted these questions on their site. Josh the owner called immediately promising to call O/C for warranty info Monday. And that is the last I have heard from AZ Sky Roofing.
