Very disappointed with the people who performed the service. They seemed inexperienced. 1. Some things were moved for access to windows but never replaced 2. Some locked windows were left unlocked 3. Some shutters were originally closed and were left opened 4. Some lights were left on. 5. I am visiting a good friend that was having his windows washed. I'm in an RV. Not having a ladder and just pulling in my front windshield was a mess. I asked these guys if they wouldn't mind cleaning my windshield since they were doing the windows at my buddies house, without hesitation they agreed. They made a deal and wow. I know it sounds easy to clean windows but there were so many bugs embedded on this windshield that it took them a little bit of time to do. I was very appreciative. Wonderful Window Cleaning. Window cleaning is expensive, and at our home, it is difficult. Lots of windows, high expanses, and ours were really dirty. Pine Country came in and did an excellent job. It wasn't cheap, however it was worth every dollar. The windows are crystal clear and now we have the impressions from every moth and bird that flies into them. I was thrilled with their job, and when I noticed that a couple windows got missed, they were out the next to complete the job and the supervisor walked through and made sure all the windows were spotless. Poor communication. Unreliable. Rude. "...why should we even bother doing a good job or showing up?" Pine Country Windows scheduled a gutter cleaning for two weeks away. I rearranged my schedule to be home at appointment time. They called at the time of appointment to change time to afternoon. Didn't even show up. I called the next morning. Said they'd get back to me but never did. The weekend came and went. They never showed. Company never called, never emailed. Misquoted price (one person said $30 next person said $75). Finally I called back again. When my disappointment in the lack of communication was pointed out and said so far not a positive review, person on phone said "if you're going to "threaten" us with a bad review then why should we even bother doing a good job or showing up?" Avoid this company!!!! They Damaged 4 of our windows and we reported it the same day (on a Friday), once it was discovered. When we were able to see the damage with the sun shining through, after they had closed that day, we emailed them immediately and then contacted them by phone on Monday. The owner, Dave Kaminski, came out to see the damage and made a half dozen excuses about how "his guys could not possibly have done that". One being, "aluminum squeegees cannot even scratch glass!" So I proceeded to get a piece of glass and proved him wrong immediately. Others included, "My guys only squeegee up and down or across". Meanwhile, that is also not true! I even asked his head guy Brandon, WHY they squeegeed in figure 8's? Then he tried to blame it on "Construction damage", but my house is almost 6 years old and those scratches were definitely NOT from that. I have 5 witnesses, including myself, who can attest that those scratches were not there prior to the day they were cleaned. The damage is quite severe! And is ONLY on the windows that were touched up by them once the windows were all cleaned. I was only asking him to replace ONE of the 4 damaged windows. Trust me, I am a very honest person and would never accuse someone of ANYTHING, without good reason. After speaking with friends, I have learned that THIS company also damaged some of their windows and they refused to replace them and/or the screens. So I am not the only one who has had this happen. So if you don't want to be spending hundreds of dollars to replace yours, choose another company! This company is not reputable! read more
