His bid for installation and repairs was fair and competitive. On 10/23/25 J.J. did an excellent job of cleaning the existing gutters and downspouts. Gladley gave a %25 deposit, (immediatly cashed). I had called to confirm install date, thats when the magic began. Uncertainty of when installation can happen, no returned calls with confirmations. Opps! No material, hasnt arrived yet. Finally, after almost an entire month we get a voice mail, "will be at your home on this date...in the afternoon...." (afternoon? is this job so small they can install in less than a few hours? Wow, i feel insignificant!) so, I took the day off. Please understand, I have one of those jobs, if you dont work, you dont get paid. So, here it is, after 5:30 PM. No call; "were gonna be late" or "were sorry, can we reschedule?" Nothing. Im out a deposit and no gutters. I heard such good things about this place. Cant comment on craftsmanship, I hear there great. So, all I can say is customer service is lacking. Hope others have better luck than I. UPDATE; I spoke with Seamless Gutters today. Many apologizes. Deposit refund is on its way.

Perhaps the most shoddy craftsmanship and work we have ever seen. They needed to come back 4…read moredifferent times to try and it fix it and they only made it worse. We had two local flooring experts try to advise them and help them- but Forever Floors competency level was too low. So we now have the pleasure of spending more money to fix their mess. If you decide to still use them, make sure that you have in the fine print that they need to actually clean up after themselves, including sweeping and mopping after an install. You may also want to try the marble trick. You know, where you roll it on the floor to make sure the boards are level. Guess whose kitchen is completely lopsided? Yup, ours! But I guess that's what you get when you don't do the research! We even called Jay to come look at the work and found out he never looked at the job site site until we demanded it. His team of two left personal items behind ( including an interesting handbook on tasers, that they enjoyed reading instead of working on our floors). Jay kept promising to make it right. We gave up. BEWARE!!!! They do not know how to install install hardwood or engineered hardwood floors. We also had to tell them how to caulk a baseboard and they still couldn't figure it out. They actually put white caulking over the wood so that had to be redone too. So- if you want the worst in the business- feel free to reach out and I'll send you videos, texts and receipts of this nightmare company and their work.

Not only did the insurance company reimburse my entire roof less the deductible, but Albert upgraded it into a more modern long-lasting shingle at no additional cost to me.   Albert also coordinated with solar panels removal, cleaning and replacement. And coordinated with Solatube (which I love) installing 3, and his roofer installing 1 Velux sun tunnel skylight (which I definitely don't love because it probably gives 20% of the Solatube light.) I'm listing my home soon, grateful to have the value of a new roof and skylights making all the difference.  He's even going to drive my 26 foot U-Haul for me on the day that I have to move and that says a lot about his dedication to his customers.  I would only recommend using Arizona Sky Roofing every time....  When you call ask for Albert Bronson.  Or just call him at 602-809-7277.

Jacob was responsive, showed up on time for the initial appointment. After a quick evaluation, he suggested other items that hadn't occurred to me such as adding the ridge vents to improve attic ventilation and cutting back the siding where it was touching the shingles, something that should have been done when the house was built! Jacob quickly got back to us with what turned out to be the best quote. I greatly appreciated that Jacob happily dropped off the new fascia boards the day before the job started so I could prime and paint them before installation. This saved me a lot of high ladder work to paint them after the fact! Jacob and his crew showed up on time the day the job started and immediately got to work. The crew was courteous, efficient, and very professional. They are clearly a well-oiled team and we were amazed that they were able to finish the entire job in only two days, even with a rain delay!
