We have a manufactured home and the best flooring was chosen to accommodate slight shifting of the home. Her boss is really amazing too. These folks are in the business for us locals,, not the big corporations. They care about customers, and treat us like family. They make sure that you have enough flooring to cover the job and then have a few extra to have on hand. I feel the price is very fair. My quality for my entire home was a slightly cheaper than Home Depot waterproof flooring. And the flooring from Flagstaff Wholesale Flooring is much better quality and thicker. I am very happy. My home is still not fully done, so for now the photo below shows how nice the flooring looks. The color can be darker in darker lighting and with natural bright lighting it looks lighter. She had the foresight to order a sample of all 3 styles which I was very impressed by & grateful for. FWF goes out of its way to help; I did not feel at all like a burden b/c I'm not a contractor (which I have distinctly felt at other home improvement locations). Thanks FWF!!

We contacted Tile, Perfected about replacing the tile on our front porch. (A previous owner had…read moreinstalled slate and it was cracking and splintering in several areas.). Tony responded to my call the same day and came out to take a look at the job. He recommended that we consider a porcelain tile which would stand up better to the freeze and thaw cycles (vs slate). He also suggested that we consider finishing off the front-facing (vertical edge) of the porch with a metal trim piece and tile extending to the ground. This was something that no one else had recommended. Tony, and his assistant Alex, did a meticulous job of removing the old slate, grinding down the old adhesive until the surface was completely flat. They also sealed some cracks that had appeared under the old slate. They were very meticulous about laying the new tile. The tile installation came out better than we imagined, and we are extremely pleased with the results. The communication throughout the project was very good and Tony was very pleasant to work with. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the communication, quality of work, attention to detail, and the cleanup . If you are looking for a high-quality tile installation, be sure to check them out !

Manuel and his coworker installed the vinyl, and they were professional and respectful of my home, as I was living through the renovations with family and pets. As a young woman, I rarely feel like I have such respectful experiences with people renovating and repairing my space so I really appreciated this. However, the lack of communication between the employees of CCO is an issue. An ordering fiasco with the carpet resulted in my vinyl arriving long before the final carpet could get ordered (I picked two colors that were both discontinued). Not a huge issue ultimately, just a bit of a delay. Beyond the confusion with the manufacturer, I was called more than once to say "we're coming tomorrow" with no regard for my schedule. When Ted called to see if I could have work done on the following Thursday, I told him no but Friday would work. He said he'd see if he could move stuff around and he would call me back. A week passes with no call, then on Thursday I receive a call from the office saying "We'll be there tomorrow for your carpet!" When I expressed surprise and frustration that I had received less than a day's notice, the woman I spoke with responded with a snotty "Oh, sorry." After the carpet installation (different installers from the vinyl), I found scraps of carpet left in closets, trash from the workers, and several nails sticking up from the transition between the carpet and vinyl. When I called to express my concern and get someone to repair it--as everyone in my home had stepped on these nails accidentally--no one contacted me until Manuel, my original installer, called me at work two days later saying "I'm at your door. No one is answering." because Ted told him I would be home, despite me only expressing frustration and a need for change in my original call. I never gave my availability. I know renovations aren't fun to live through, and I know projects such as these get delayed and extended constantly. That's the norm, but the disorganization and challenging customer service is not. As a big supporter of local/family-owned businesses, I wanted to work with CCO, and in the end I'll say I was fine to do business with them. I'll reiterate that the final product looks great, but I could have done without the extra headache of surprise installation scheduling.

Forever Floor LLC is Fantastic!!! The owner, Jay Bullard, was great to work with. He had a team expertly install 1,500 sq. feet of LVP including 15 stairs in our home. He brought in a tile guy to do the work we fired another company from doing. Then his tile guy did some very tricky tiling on the stairs, and additionally, placed the tiles in our bathroom exactly where we wanted them. (unlike the other company) The stairs and the bathroom look beautiful! The two LVP guys and the tile guy were excellent. Not just in talent, but in personality too. Jay checked on the job every day at least once a day. He listened carefully to what we wanted, and then actually did what we asked of him, unlike the company. We were originally going with Forever Floors when we made the terrible mistake of listening to the saleswoman at Cunningham Flooring. She highly recommended the company that we ended up firing from completing the tile work and installing any of the LVP. Had we not been duped by Cunningham Floors, and followed the advice of many others, we could have saved ourselves a LOT of time, money, and frustration by hiring Forever Floors to begin with. As far as we could tell, the other company had one guy who was a subcontractor, a part-timer, and a stepson. Jay actually has several professional teams at his disposal. Our friend, who is a designer, uses Forever Floors on all her jobs. But here's what we like best about Jay. One day, when Jay was checking on the job, my wife voiced a concern, because as you know "once bitten twice shy." Jay said to her, "I know you're worried, but I pride my company on integrity. We are not perfect. But when we make a mistake, we correct it. We treat our customers the way we would want to be treated. But mostly, I want to be known for the quality of our work, and the integrity of our character." Well done Jay! Mission accomplished. BTW we did not buy from Cunningham Flooring. We bought from Flagstaff Wholesale Flooring and they were fantastic. Had we checked their list of installers, they would have suggested Forever Floors. But we had already contracted with the other company who overestimated the product needed by 340 sq. ft. That was a $1,400 misquote. Don't make the mistake we made. Just go with Forever Floors and Flagstaff Wholesale Flooring where integrity truly does matter. read more

Jay Bullard and his crew are amazing. Very efficient,timely,detailed, and courteous. Corey was great, Ian and Zach are the fastest,cleanest most detailed baseboard installers ever. We have been jumping hoops with different contractors and insurance company for 8 months after our house flooded. As soon as I contacted Jay he took full control over the situation, provided full free estimate, coordinated pick up and delivery of new flooring and baseboards,and executed install with a proficient, trained, knowledgeable friendly and trustworthy crew, with excellent customer service. I gave 5 stars on this review and it shows that way on my end. Not sure why it only shows 4. If you need floors installed Jay and his crew are the way to go. We had a hot water tank leak which ruined our old flooring. Jay came out and measured the house out and stayed in contact while the other renovations were happening so we could get our new floor installed. His crew took 1 1/2 days to install 1,000 sf of flooring and new baseboards. Jay was upfront with cost and did a great job measuring so we didn't have excess flooring and baseboards. We ended up moving washer/dryer so he took it off the invoice on the spot. The best part is he shows up on time or even early with a smile and a great attitude!! Jay gave me an estimate within 48 hours of our initial conversation. We hoped to get flooring installed in the spring but as luck would have it we could move quicker. Like four months quicker. I explained exactly what I wanted and Jay and his team produced just that. Jay and Jeremy did a fantastic job installing carpet and vinyl plank in my home in Flagstaff. The entire installation was flawless; my wife and I are very pleased with the results. Customer service was excellent, cost was lower than the competition, communication was great, they were very timely and their work was excellent. To prepare for the job, I attempted to remove tile and thinset myself. The tile came out ok, but I had a tough time clearing the thinset and making the floor flat. That was not a problem for Jay and Jeremy though, as they removed the remaining thinset and leveled the floor well at a reasonable price. But Jay is licensed with ROC, really keeps in good contact, is timely, and an all-around nice guy. He answered all my questions, was patient while I took forever to make up my mind, gave me multiple quotes until I knew exactly what I wanted, and was easy to schedule when we were ready to pull the trigger. Everything was amazing. My floors are great. I left them in charge of my place. They did the job removing the previous flooring and furniture etc and I came back to a clean new place with new flooring and my furniture back in place. They had no supervision whatsoever from me and they did a perfect job. Jay the owner is one of those men who does exactly the right thing. I trust him implicitly. What drew us to Flagstaff Design Center was that all this was in one location and we had the collective help of all the designers and experts under one roof! The folks with Stone Creations, Floor Coverings International and Cabinets by Sun Ray were fabulous to work with! Their expertise in their respective areas and their coordination on our design resulted in a breath-taking result that I don't think we would have achieved going to separate places. My wife and I can't say enough about how pleasant our experience with these folks were. They were very responsive to our needs and went out of their way to make sure our project went smoothly every step of the way!!! First class service!!!! After numerous calls and "I'm working on it right now, I'll send it once I get back to the office, I have it, its ready" to Tim's own employees saying "he didn't sent it yet?" Its now May 2018 and I feel I have been more then patient enough. I went with Home Depot who were more then happy to be timely, honest and appreciative of my business. Home depot also installs for you and offers a warranty. Do not go with this business. Awful customer service. Greedy, for unless its a million dollar job they cannot be bothered and even then, will not come through. They do not support nor want the support of the Flagstaff community.

Within an hour he was done and the carpets looked brand new. This was almost two weeks ago and the carpets still look incredible and non of the stains came back.
