He was friendly andvefficientvsndvarricedcstbmynhouse, measured, and provided me with a quote within days. I told him I'd think about it, he said sure, no problem. When I contacted. Him several months later and told him I'd like to move ahead but wanted to do some of the prep work myself to save money he was very understanding and gave me some tips on how to do things so as to keep cost down. He put me in touch with a local flooring company and I picked out the planks from the brand he recommended. When the day of the install came he crew was friendly and efficient to a T. They did my entire house in a day in a half and the results are spectacular, I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend Jay and zForever Floors!

A second team was just as efficient and precise, installing the baseboards. We were very pleased with the results. Jay was on site often, from the beginning of the project to its completion. When challenges were encountered with the previous flooring, Jay was straight forward about what could be done and was optimistic in finding ways to resolve unexpected issues. All of our questions were answered promptly and professionally by Jay. We highly recommend Forever Floors.

Tile Perfected - Square drain, sharp edges, perfect fit

Thank you, Tile Perfected! I absolutely love the backsplash Aaron installed in my kitchen. Aaron…read moreis very detailed in his work, ensuring every aspect of installation is to perfection. Tony, the owner, quoted a great price with high end materials. The company is ultra conscious of protecting the property of the homeowner, and leaving everything as pristine as it was upon arrival. I cannot commend them more on their beautiful work. Should the need arise for similar services in the future, I'll certainly be calling Tile Perfected. Many thanks.

We contacted Tile, Perfected about replacing the tile on our front porch. (A previous owner had…read moreinstalled slate and it was cracking and splintering in several areas.). Tony responded to my call the same day and came out to take a look at the job. He recommended that we consider a porcelain tile which would stand up better to the freeze and thaw cycles (vs slate). He also suggested that we consider finishing off the front-facing (vertical edge) of the porch with a metal trim piece and tile extending to the ground. This was something that no one else had recommended. Tony, and his assistant Alex, did a meticulous job of removing the old slate, grinding down the old adhesive until the surface was completely flat. They also sealed some cracks that had appeared under the old slate. They were very meticulous about laying the new tile. The tile installation came out better than we imagined, and we are extremely pleased with the results. The communication throughout the project was very good and Tony was very pleasant to work with. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the communication, quality of work, attention to detail, and the cleanup . If you are looking for a high-quality tile installation, be sure to check them out !

Canyon Carpet One Floor & Home

We set up a time and day…read moreand I made the effort to call the day prior to confirm the appointment as I hadn't heard anything. The representative confirmed on our appointment via phone. On the day of service, the technician didn't show up and we received no phone calls. I then attempted to call and received their answer ring service where I asked for a call back. Today, a day later.. I had to call them (again). I was told they missed my appointment and didn't come. Very unprofessional. Very disappointing

I'll start by saying I'm satisfied with the final product of working with Canyon Carpet One. I had…read morevinyl and carpet installed in my condo and both look excellent. Manuel and his coworker installed the vinyl, and they were professional and respectful of my home, as I was living through the renovations with family and pets. As a young woman, I rarely feel like I have such respectful experiences with people renovating and repairing my space so I really appreciated this. However, the lack of communication between the employees of CCO is an issue. An ordering fiasco with the carpet resulted in my vinyl arriving long before the final carpet could get ordered (I picked two colors that were both discontinued). Not a huge issue ultimately, just a bit of a delay. Beyond the confusion with the manufacturer, I was called more than once to say "we're coming tomorrow" with no regard for my schedule. When Ted called to see if I could have work done on the following Thursday, I told him no but Friday would work. He said he'd see if he could move stuff around and he would call me back. A week passes with no call, then on Thursday I receive a call from the office saying "We'll be there tomorrow for your carpet!" When I expressed surprise and frustration that I had received less than a day's notice, the woman I spoke with responded with a snotty "Oh, sorry." After the carpet installation (different installers from the vinyl), I found scraps of carpet left in closets, trash from the workers, and several nails sticking up from the transition between the carpet and vinyl. When I called to express my concern and get someone to repair it--as everyone in my home had stepped on these nails accidentally--no one contacted me until Manuel, my original installer, called me at work two days later saying "I'm at your door. No one is answering." because Ted told him I would be home, despite me only expressing frustration and a need for change in my original call. I never gave my availability. I know renovations aren't fun to live through, and I know projects such as these get delayed and extended constantly. That's the norm, but the disorganization and challenging customer service is not. As a big supporter of local/family-owned businesses, I wanted to work with CCO, and in the end I'll say I was fine to do business with them. I'll reiterate that the final product looks great, but I could have done without the extra headache of surprise installation scheduling.
