In total, Christian installed well over 1,000 linear feet of baseboard and casing. He even custom made and replaced all the window sills that had severe scratches and damage with new ones. He also swapped out over a dozen old doors with modern shaker doors, including frames. The end product looks great! It really helped give our house a modern feel

We had two local flooring experts try to advise them and help them- but Forever Floors competency level was too low. So we now have the pleasure of spending more money to fix their mess. If you decide to still use them, make sure that you have in the fine print that they need to actually clean up after themselves, including sweeping and mopping after an install. You may also want to try the marble trick. You know, where you roll it on the floor to make sure the boards are level. Guess whose kitchen is completely lopsided? Yup, ours! But I guess that's what you get when you don't do the research! We even called Jay to come look at the work and found out he never looked at the job site site until we demanded it. His team of two left personal items behind ( including an interesting handbook on tasers, that they enjoyed reading instead of working on our floors). Jay kept promising to make it right. We gave up. BEWARE!!!! They do not know how to install install hardwood or engineered hardwood floors. We also had to tell them how to caulk a baseboard and they still couldn't figure it out. They actually put white caulking over the wood so that had to be redone too. So- if you want the worst in the business- feel free to reach out and I'll send you videos, texts and receipts of this nightmare company and their work.

I do not live in Flagstaff…read more Bob came over to the house on a Saturday and spent several hours with me going through the house top to bottom, inside and out discussing the things that would need to be repaired, removed or modified to make the home safe and ready for sale. There was quite a laundry list as it was a 27 year old home. After i went back to the valley and Bob and his crew started working on things, I received a call from Bob to let me know that there were a few things that we had discussed that if they moved forward with how we had previously discussed would put me way out of my repair budget, and asked how i would like to proceed rather than doing them anyway and me having a surprise at the end. It was February when he had to work on the property which meant there was snow to contend with and things were still completed in a timely manner and I was able to list the house on the original planned date. I would not hesitate to recommend B3 construction to anyone in need of repairs/modifications to their home - especially if you want it done right!

Not only did the insurance company reimburse my entire roof less the deductible, but Albert upgraded it into a more modern long-lasting shingle at no additional cost to me.   Albert also coordinated with solar panels removal, cleaning and replacement. And coordinated with Solatube (which I love) installing 3, and his roofer installing 1 Velux sun tunnel skylight (which I definitely don't love because it probably gives 20% of the Solatube light.)
