The exterior of our house was painted last week by Heber Pro Painting. We are so pleased with the result! Communication was clear, and Heber was professional, patient, and very responsive to all of our questions. The crew was punctual, careful, neat, and hard-working. They were also polite and friendly. The work was done with attention to detail, which was very important to us. The quality of the work was excellent and now it looks like a brand new house! It was a pleasure to work with Heber and his crew. We highly recommend them! read more

Heber and his crew did a fantastic job for us. He helped us select the right colors, choose the right paint and his price was very fair. They showed up on time, finished sooner than was expected, the prep work and clean up was very well done. His finishing work with our gutters, garage doors and staining our deck were exceptional. read more

Heber and crew were excellent in painting house exterior and decks. Roof requiring tall ladders was no problem. Color matching was perfect and everything was completed in a very professional manner. Highly recommended. Five stars for sure. read more

Heber and his crew painted the exterior and interior of my home, it looks amazing! The communication was great, they showed up on time for both projects, and the crew is polite and friendly. Highly recommend, they do quality work from start to finish! read more

I've now used Heber three times. First time was to paint the underside of two decks which came out great. Second time was to re-stain a fairly long cedar fence which came out OK. This third time was to completely re-paint my house. The crew was able to come out a few days early which was fine with me. I went over the job with Heber and his foreman (Jesus) and the crew got to work with the prep. They estimated that it would take 4 to 5 days and they finished in 4 1/2 days but only after walking me around the house to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Totally happy with the professionalism, respect of the property, cleanup, and how great the house looks. read more

Heber and his crew were excellent. Everything they did was above and beyond exceptions. I am very picky. I have liked most of the painters over the years. We have had many different painting companies in the 20 years since we have built our home. 30 years living in Flagstaff. Heber is by far the most superior painting contractor with which I have ever dealt. Our decks were sanded down to new. Four doors needed attention. They were completely sanded down and restored. In 20 years, no painter has done this type of outstanding work here. At first we thought his bid was high. After we saw the work he did for the payment we felt it was more than fair. If you want excellence, get Heber. read more

Wouldn't recommend this company. I was informed by 3 other painting companies that if there is a website to match a Behr color with a Sherwin Williams color (or any other paint brands). He seems to know nothing about it and was absolutely no help. read more

Prep work prior to painting was insufficient. There were dozens of locations that needed scraping, filling, sanding, etc. prior to being painting. When brought to Roy's attention, he said that I was being picky and refused to correct these issues. Roy agreed to give an itemized invoice for the work that was being performed. When he received the final payment, he assured me that he would provide an itemized invoice within 24 hours. He refuses to do this and has blocked my calls and messages as well as a friend who was in attendance during the work, as well as my conversation about my issues. There's a communication barrier with Roy and English speaking people, which makes it difficult to communicate with Roy to get the job done to the customers' satisfaction. Roy is dishonest and doesn't provide the level of service that his contract states that he will perform. Thank you. D. Mudd read more

I would not recommend working with this company. They seem extremely disorganized. Had a date scheduled for Heber to come give us a quote. On the scheduled date and time he didn't show up so I followed up with a phone call, he asked why I didn't call earlier to remind him? I didn't think it was my responsibility to remind a business of our scheduled meeting. Once he finally arrived he notified me he had given the dates we had previously arranged for him to paint our home to another client....very frustrating from a customer service perspective. Begrudging my husband and I were flexible with the actual painting dates in order to accommodate his schedule. Upon receiving his estimated quote he forgot to include areas we needed painting. After receiving the updated second quote the cost of areas he estimated in the original quote increased by 50%. BEWARE! read more

His crew showed up on time, were neat and clean. They efficiently prepped and painted the outside of my house within the time specified. My wife didn't like the color of the columns so they came back and repainted the columns without any problem. I really liked that they were upfront with everything. read more

My husband and I just moved to Sedona. We decided to have the interior of our 3000 square-foot plus home painted before moving our furniture in. I found Heber on Yelp because of his 5 star reviews. We were not disappointed. Heber and his crew did a fabulous job and with a very fair price. He was on time and cleaned up, too. We Highly recommend Heber Pro painting. This is not the last time I will use him. I'm also looking at painting the exterior in the next year. read more

Heber did an amazing job on my house, started and finished sooner than expected. They prepped and primed everything and used the best quality products. Working with Heber was the best experience I've had with a Flagstaff contractor in 20 years. Heber is a genuinely good person who works hard and doesn't inflate his prices. Customer satisfaction is their number one goal...best of Flagstaff for sure. Thank you, Heber. read more

Wow, Top notch. I am always looking for a good painter in Flagstaff that is good, affordable, and easy to get a hold of. This place has all of the check boxes marked, Heber is the best at what he does,. He answers his phone, gets the job done but most importantly he gets it right and done on time. There is also something to be said about his pricing. When I look to get a painting job done I will often bid it out. I will throw the highest and lowest out and I found this absolute gem. I could not be more happy with this company. I would recommend this company to anyone who asks about painting in Flagstaff. Thanks for all you guys do! read more

We have used Heber and his crew twice now for painting both the inside and outside of our home. They were very responsive and did a great job painting. I would highly recommend them. read more

Heber and his team did a fantastic job re-staining our front and rear deck of our home in Flagstaff. They also re-caulked and painted the matching trim of our rear windows which suffered from the harsh winter last year. Doing business with Heber was a true pleasure. He responded promptly to my initial contact and also came right out to give me a professional bid. He gave me a realistic timeframe about when he would be able to do our job (which he met). Heber had a professional contract which he honored. When he met with my husband prior to the work being done a couple of days ahead of schedule we were also able to modify and re-do the scope of work without any difficulty. He and his crew did the work while we were on vacation and when we came home we scheduled time to meet with him because he wanted to be sure we were happy with the work that was done before we paid the remaining 50% balance. I can't say enough about what a pleasure it was to deal with Heber on this job. We are looking forward to working with him in the future on some future interior paint work that we needed to hold off on; but you can rest assured that we will be calling him. Heber is a true professional and that is a rare find these days! read more

FANTASTIC WORK!!! We hired Heber Pro to paint the interior of our new house that we had just moved into and I am very pleased with the work that they did. They arrived on time everyday, were very friendly and conscientious. They also were quiet and respectful workers and they completed the job early!!! I was really impressed and I have already planned on using them for our exterior paint as well. I would highly recommend Heber for any paint job needed. Thanks Heber! read more
