Hout Interiors is a rare gem in the world of home renovation--a company that delivers not only…read morecraftsmanship but also clarity, timeliness, and a refreshing absence of drama. From start to finish, their communication was precise, almost surgical, leaving no room for the typical remodeling mysteries that leave homeowners pacing in existential dread. The work itself? Impeccable. Each detail was thoughtfully executed, every finish a testament to their expertise. It's clear they approach renovations not as a chore but as an art form, balancing functionality and beauty with enviable ease. They worked within schedule and left the space looking so polished it could have graced the cover of an interiors magazine. Would I use them again? Without hesitation. Het Hout Interiors doesn't just renovate homes--they restore your faith in what a renovation can and should be and do so at a fair price.

They assured me that they would be able to provide quick service to get the basics ordered so that…read moreclients would have a place to sit in the waiting room. Unfortunately, they were slow and disorganized, and they let me know AFTER they sent me a contract to sign that they would be going on vacation in a couple of weeks. Had they told me from the start that they were going to be out of town, I would never have signed that contract. I didn't have time to waste. Week after week, I would nudge Amy to get started on the project. "Please -- just order a chair for the waiting room. My patients have nowhere to sit." She would be slow to respond and there was absolutely no sense of urgency on her part. I first reached out to her in February and by April there was still not so much as a single chair ordered. They notified me that were leaving for vacation the following week so it would be another 2 weeks before they would be able to work on the project. At that point in time, I knew I had to get another designer who would have a sense of urgency and order some of the basic necessities. I told Amy Crockett that the design and décor could come later but I needed chairs and a desk ASAP. She failed to even do that in 6 weeks. Very slow, disorganized, and dishonest service. I do not recommend Het Hout Interiors or Amy Crockett for any interior design services.
