They worked with us and brought the price down to a fair price and done in two days time. Had we known that negotiating the price was also negotiating the level of care and service, we would have walked away! Day one. The two guys showed up thirty minutes late. They did go right to work after checking in with us. They did not request any supplies, so we gave them the paint and off they went. They took a "union 15", went to lunch for an hour, and left by 2:20pm. Looking at what little they accomplished, there was no way it was going to be two days as they quoted! As they were finishing, the one guy said they'll be back early tomorrow. Day two. They arrived 15 minutes earlier than the day before. Again, went right to work. Around 11 or so, one guy left our job to tend to another job and was gone for an hour and a half. When he returned, they left for lunch, around 30 - 45 minutes. They started packing up around 2:45, still haven't touched the front side of our home! Another guy pulled up at 3pm and found out what was left to be done. Not a two day project. They emailed my husband, letting him know with the wind, they were not coming the next day. My husband and I returned to look over the work. There was paint dripped EVERYWHERE. On my porch, on my brick, and on my windows. There were areas that wasn't painted and areas that were clearly not prepped. So we sent an email. We returned to see some of the problems fixed, but still not to our satisfaction. Still areas with paint drops, smudges on my brick from where they tried to clean, and areas still missing paint! We sent another email stating we're still not satisfied with the job and provided photos of exact areas. We just received a follow up email stating they expect payment by Friday or they will put a lein on our home. Apparently, they don't appreciate customer's concerns and is all about a quick dollar.
