Six weeks later, they called to schedule for the install, but then canceled saying there was a shipping issue. A few months later they blamed the delay on the factory. When we tried to switch window vendors and order from a different vendor, they were very apologetic and sent a quote. Since then we have been completely ghosted. They have not returned phone calls, emails, text messages and their physical address is an empty office building. Long story short: we have not received our deposit back or the product we ordered. After six months of waiting, we moved on and the new slider was delivered and installed within four weeks (by a different contractor)

He did his job exceptionally well and if anything these folks here under him atleast deserve your time to hear them out if your in the market for these kind of services.
