They replaced a window in the bathroom and didn't even mention that the entire wall was rotten due to shower leakage . The question was asked how did everything look, was there any mold or damage and they indicated everything looked fine. When we had the shower replaced just months after the entire wall was molded and rotten. during replacement they had indicated that there was no Flashing and it wasn't taped properly for weather.

At this point, I am money out of pocket, 3 weeks ago, have been given no information on when the product will arrive in the store, let alone when installed in my home. Flagstaff Windows came out to our home, measured for a door, took a deposit and said install would happened in 4-6 weeks. Six weeks later, they called to schedule for the install, but then canceled saying there was a shipping issue. A few months later they blamed the delay on the factory. When we tried to switch window vendors and order from a different vendor, they were very apologetic and sent a quote. Since then we have been completely ghosted. They have not returned phone calls, emails, text messages and their physical address is an empty office building. Long story short: we have not received our deposit back or the product we ordered. After six months of waiting, we moved on and the new slider was delivered and installed within four weeks (by a different contractor)

The guy walked in with this look like his rent was past due, his girlfriend dumped him, hated his job, and how dare we ask him for some assistance. I was so close to saying "Can't you smile?" On top of that it was "We don't have it stock. We don't have in stock." I pointed out the store's inventory reads there was 32 in stock. He didn't even attempt to look up inventory. I should have requested someone else. I felt like Edward from Pretty Woman when he took Vivian shopping and wanted to say "We're about to spend some money up in here so we're going to need a little more help." I didn't. I bit my Christian tongue because I didn't know what was going on in his life. I did notice he was chopping it up and laughing with the other guys out back until he had to come inside and do his job. I'll cut the board I got myself as I need to check on if I can get away with making it slightly longer than my current measurements indicate, with some additional alterations. Went in with several ideas specific to each project & found the most essential items though a few I'll have to look for elsewhere. Might custom order something though as they indicated it should be a possibility to get so I'll try that in the near future & if I can, that'll be perfect because it's fairly niche & not a common item to find. So that's a win! Between all the projects in my head & starting to feel the added sugar I can't have from Starbucks my brain cells reached a wall by the end so I felt bad acting slow while checking out (I said something was 2' instead of 20' but corrected it eventually & it was not intentional... a little off though, sorry to her). Didn't get any additional products this trip which is always a win. Usually know what I'm looking for when I come here though & it's generally pretty specific so I appreciate that in a store. Super psyched about my projects though yay! Quality products found as well, one of which being an upgrade compared to what I had planned to buy due to my planned purchase being far more expensive than I'd planned for, so the upgrade being far cheaper was a huge win!
