I have to start off this review with a critique of the other reviews. If you were to listen to the…read moreother reviews, you would think bad of this company. I'm here to tell you this has to be one of the best experiences I have ever had with a small family owned company. The integrity that Joel the owner showed is just the best. I try my best to use locally owned companies in Flagstaff and give them a chance to earn my business. I have tried to get service or a replacement fireplace here in Flagstaff for years. All the other companies do not even want to take a look at repairing my fireplace. They all want to replace it. Joel and Wizard's talked to me about evaluating the fireplace before any recommendations. Wow! What a refreshing experience. Joel did a thorough job at looking at all the parts of the fireplace. Explained as he went. I had no idea that the gas fireplace logs "must" be set in a specific configuration for the unit to work properly. He looked up the manual and made sure the fireplace was set up correctly. Once he did his evaluation he got it working in no time at all. Again.... He got my fireplace to work rather than push me to buy a new one like the competition. The value in being able to save over $15,000 was incredible. How can anyone write a bad post or review when clearly this man is genuine and honest!!! I can't stress enough that this is a great company and worth it to you to try them. I will most certainly have them back to do the proper maintenance and when it's truly the time to replace this fireplace Joel and Wizard's will earn my business.

This is the second time Jason has been here and he is very good. My complaint comes with the fee charged $497 for a 45 minute job. This was up $130 from last year which was up over $100 from the year before!! I'm a 70 year old widow. They don't offer a Senior discount but when I called I was informed that had I had the job done between Memorial day and Labor day I would have gotten a 10% discount. Nice that they never informed me of that after ALL these years. I probably wouldn't have done that because I wouldn't have wanted anyone up on my roof in temperatures of 100 +. I'll be looking for someone else. So much for loyalty.

Not only did the insurance company reimburse my entire roof less the deductible, but Albert upgraded it into a more modern long-lasting shingle at no additional cost to me.   Albert also coordinated with solar panels removal, cleaning and replacement. And coordinated with Solatube (which I love) installing 3, and his roofer installing 1 Velux sun tunnel skylight (which I definitely don't love because it probably gives 20% of the Solatube light.) I'm listing my home soon, grateful to have the value of a new roof and skylights making all the difference.  He's even going to drive my 26 foot U-Haul for me on the day that I have to move and that says a lot about his dedication to his customers.  I would only recommend using Arizona Sky Roofing every time....  When you call ask for Albert Bronson.  Or just call him at 602-809-7277.

Jacob was responsive, showed up on time for the initial appointment. After a quick evaluation, he suggested other items that hadn't occurred to me such as adding the ridge vents to improve attic ventilation and cutting back the siding where it was touching the shingles, something that should have been done when the house was built! Jacob quickly got back to us with what turned out to be the best quote. I greatly appreciated that Jacob happily dropped off the new fascia boards the day before the job started so I could prime and paint them before installation. This saved me a lot of high ladder work to paint them after the fact! Jacob and his crew showed up on time the day the job started and immediately got to work. The crew was courteous, efficient, and very professional. They are clearly a well-oiled team and we were amazed that they were able to finish the entire job in only two days, even with a rain delay! They did a very thorough cleanup and removal of all debris and magnetically swept up all nails. We couldn't be happier and can enthusiastically recommend the Vistas Roofing team! There was a few spots we had leaking that my husband was able to seal up, they were at connection points which is guess can happen. That didn't make me feel any different about this company. Had I noticed it within the warranty period they would have take care of it. Either way we currently have no issues with the gutters. We clean our gutters every few weeks because the neighbors around all have pine trees that we end up having tons of pine needles from. One thing that was amazing about Acme is that they saved us money by repurposing old gutter we did have, for the shed. I can appreciate a company saving me money like that! These folks are local residents here, who value serving their small town! I'm so glad I chose them over bigger companies! I find that their price to place gutters on my entire house was far more reasonable than other companies I had called. So I would 100% recommend Acme Gutters!

Bryan made an appointment, showed up on time and we discussed what needed doing, type of paint to expect, how long it would take and cost, of course. His estimate fell into the range I had in mind, and I decided to go with them. His team of four showed up as planned and in two full days had taped, painted and trimmed my house, and also my barn, which took more primer and hand-painting. They helped me move porch furnishings out and back again, and they cleaned up every day an took any trash with them. The paint quality was excellent, it was applied well, the color was what I ordered. I walked around for an inspection on the last day. There were very few spots to be corrected. I have had several compliments on the neatness of the paint job. I would definitely use them again.

Usually in this little town people do good work and try to fix any problems. We were severely disappointed by this company. We hired them 12/12 to paint the inside of our townhouse. We kept making follow up calls and email to no avail. After a year of attempted contact we hired someone else to repaint the town house to sell it. Do yourself a favor and don't hire them.
