History
Established in 2021.
Sen Homa was founded in Sedona in 2021 by interior designer Mary Senft. After more than a decade in the design industry, Mary created Sen Homa with a vision for a more personal and thoughtful approach to residential design.
Inspired by Sedona’s natural landscape and Mary’s background in design and architecture, the studio has grown into a full service interior design firm specializing in custom homes, large scale renovations, and full home furnishing.
At its heart, Sen Homa is about creating homes that feel connected to the people who live in them. Each project is approached individually, with an emphasis on natural materials, thoughtful details, and spaces that feel warm, refined, and easy to live in.
Meet the Business Owner: Mary S.
Mary studied Interior Design at the Harrington College of Design in Chicago, where her appreciation for structure, form, and spatial flow first took shape. For over a decade, she has shaped projects of many scales, partnering with architects, contractors, and clients to create interiors that feel thoughtful and deeply considered.
Her work is influenced by both the architectural clarity of her Chicago roots and the natural calm of Sedona. Mary is drawn to the quiet details that shape how a space feels, from the curve of a wall to the texture of a natural material. She believes that design should support daily life with ease and beauty, creating rooms that feel peaceful, grounded, and full of quiet character.
Mary approaches every project with a deep respect for purpose. She layers texture, light, and form to create spaces that invite touch, encourage movement, and reflect the people who live in them.
