After the death of my father I needed to get his home ready for sale. I do not live in Flagstaff. Bob came over to the house on a Saturday and spent several hours with me going through the house top to bottom, inside and out discussing the things that would need to be repaired, removed or modified to make the home safe and ready for sale. There was quite a laundry list as it was a 27 year old home. After i went back to the valley and Bob and his crew started working on things, I received a call from Bob to let me know that there were a few things that we had discussed that if they moved forward with how we had previously discussed would put me way out of my repair budget, and asked how i would like to proceed rather than doing them anyway and me having a surprise at the end. May I say that this of the last 3 building experiences was by far the best my wife and I have designed for Bob and his crews at B3 to build for us. Bob and Jake always had the answer for us even when I thought I knew what the answer was during the process. We shopped with 4 other builders prior to selecting B3 and I am very proud of our decision. There were some areas that I overlooked but Bob acted accordingly with the correct decision and action. I must admit I was a bit skeptical at the beginning when rainy weather started to slow us down but somehow he and his team caught up even with the record breaking snowfall of the winter of 22-23. As a property owner purchased before hiring B3 Bob helped us like no other Contractor would do by staying on our budget as that was the original plan for this new home build. Wish I had read the review from 2015, would have saved me some time. Bob came to my home to give me a quote on replacing windows and repairing a fence and gate. After a month and a promise I never received a quote. Contacted another contracter and got a quote the next day and work starts in 2 weeks after the new windows arrive! read more

This is a great company. B3 replaced some siding on the front of my home, damaged from an ice dam. I was worried about the repair due to the location of the damage and the fact that the paint would need to be matched with the rest of the house. Bob was very knowledgeable with all aspects of the building code, home materials, and history of the neighborhood. His team was able to not only replace the siding, but added some additions to ensure that an ice dam would not damage the siding again. His painter was able to match the color to the rest of the house perfectly. Bob was quick to answer all of my questions, and promptly returned my phone calls when I had questions about the project. We used B3 construction to do a complete overhaul of our crawlspace. We had a large empty crawlspace underneath our home and it went from a dirt pile to a finished one bedroom one bathroom apartment with full kitchen and living room. We started our process in late October, had plans by the winter and approval from the city in the spring. Work started soon after that and our project was completed by November. We had a great experience with Bob's team, especially his project manager Jake. We asked questions throughout the process and he was quick to respond via phone call and text. No question was a dumb question. They kept to their schedule with some room for expected delays. Their crew was professional, they kept their site clean, and would inform us of any change or concern.
