I just wanted to express my extreme delight with my new patio that was constructed by Agassiz. Right from the beginning the experience was great. I had a one of their landscape specialist come out to go over some ideas I had. Unlike other landscapers that came out that came out simply quoting me on my basic patio design I had, Katy was able to help me expand on the idea to make it more functional and visually attractive. Knowing that I just had a baby and was worried about having a week or more of construction noise she was able to get enough workers on the job so that it would be completed in only 4 days. I wasn't sure that was actually possible, but sure enough they delivered and 4 days later I was sitting on my brand new two level paver patio. The whole construction process was great. They never compromised quality even though there were time restraints. No concern that i had was taken lightly. They even dealt with my fun OCD behaviors which resulted in removing and replacing pavers because there were "just too many pink ones and it would drive me crazy". Haha. The construction foreman's favorite phrase was... just tell me what you want and i will make sure it is done. Even though they finished right at 5pm on the last day they still took the time to make sure the yard was in great shape and everything was clean. I even watched the foreman pressure wash the road in front of my house for a good 30 minutes just so that I would not have to wait until the upcoming storm to have the dust washed away. I first used Agassiz years ago with the initial design incorporating a pond, trees, scrubs, new irrigation, landscape rock and a network of flagstone walkways. My current job was a renovation of existing the landscape. From beginning to end of the project communications were clear and professional. The project required 8 full work days with a 3 man work crew. Every day, the crew showed up on time and worked the entire day. I give Agassiz 5 stars from the their work in part because: 1. The coordination of Agassiz equipment, personnel delivering materials and work planning was superb. 2. Crew leader Ray was easy to communicate with and accepted on the fly adjustments to improve the project. In addition, he was quick to get clarification of any questions that arose. 3. At the end of every work day tools, equipment and materials were collected and stored prior to leaving. 4. At project completion, the crew did a great job smoothing out areas where heavier equipment operated and even power washed the driveway. We were so fortunate to find the Agassiz Landscape Group when we moved to Flagstaff from New Jersey last year. Initially we discovered a leaking sprinkler system and even though they had not installed the system they worked diligently to find and repair the problem. We then had them give us a quote to design and install a perennial bed in the front of the house as well as plantings in the back and a raised bed. Katy oversaw the design and we accepted the quote. We were pleased with the result which was done on time and all Staff were very helpful. In addition we have used them for two winters for snow removal when we don't spend the winter months in Flag. Agassiz designed and installed a new patio of pavers for us this fall. We wanted to expand the patio space and provide a more visually pleasing transition to the rest of the yard. Agassiz came up with a great design. And even though it was cold at the time, they managed to get all the work done in a timely manner. We love the results! Agassiz Landscaping Group did a wonderful job diverting water from our gutter down spouts which sat at the base of our home. The job entailed lifting pavers, going under the fence and piping the water away from our property. Everything was cleaned up nicely and put back into place when they were done with the job. If fact, they did such a nice job we had difficulty finding the places that they diverted the water to. read more

We are very pleased with the work done repairing our front yard after a city water main break. Before work it looked like the Rio De Flag tried to run thru our home and yard.
