We got a detailed estimate, with options, the next day, and less than a week later our new roof was on. They came on time, were efficient and friendly, and cleaned up the mess. They even sent us pictures of the work (including from a drone overhead) as they were doing it. Good roof, good price, good people. Highly recommended.

I was taken for a rollercoaster ride with this contractor. I was initially impressed by the…read morereasonable estimate... A few weeks passed. I called a couple of times to ask when the crew would get scheduled. I was always told that they aren't sure when the crew would actually come out to do the work. Understandable, they're busy. But a month or so later, with zero warning, the crew came out to do the job. Why not notify me? They proceeded to compelte only half the job and left the outside of the house littered with rusted nails and trim for several weeks. For what little they did install, it was not all installed correctly. I call them they need to fix certain parts of the installation. I asked if they could put a weather barrier up given the monsoons were coming. No response. Several weeks later, I finally get someone back out after calling and calling. They came to finish the job, but same issue - the trim wasn't installed correctly. Not only this, but one of the crew members broke my window. They said they would replace it for free. I spoke with Briggett and she re-assured me that they would resolve it. I let them come by, and they finish the job with the superintendent. I must say, this has been such a ridiculous effort. It took a total of about 4 months end to end to get a few pieces of wood correctly installed. Given everything that happened, I truly believe a discount should have been applied but they did not. I did not want to have to write this review, but I truly don't recommend this company. It was nothing but pain.

4.8/5 stars We got 4 estimates and talked to 3 companies…read morethat came out to explain what they do. We had 2 companies we really liked but decided to go with Gunsite Roofing. Peter from Gunsite Roofing told all their company did. The extras they did, like replacing vents and flashing. He and his brother, Michael, owned the business. They had been in business longer and their father had a roofing company that they worked at before; so they seemed like they had more experience. Their price was competitive with the other company we compared. They brought the materials out using fork lift to take it up to the roof. The special fork lift could be back and the upper part moved it to the roof so they didn't disturb the area close to the house. The driver was skilled and got it super close yet never touched the roof. The workers did drop it a bit hard which scared me but I was reassured it was not a problem. They moved it to areas on the roof where it would be used. The next day it rained but, luckily, all materials were sealed. They came back a few days later and started the job and finished it in about 5 hours. There was a spot on the peak that I felt looked odd to me. It didn't bother my husband but Michael said he would come back a couple days later to check if the heat had settled the peak. It didn't so he fixed it. This shows they stand behind their work doing what it takes to make the customer happy. We will be taking after video with a drone (as soon as the wind dies down) and post both the before and after shots. I definitely would use Gunsite Roofing again and would recommend them. I am happy with the work they did, the price and their commitment to the customer.
