Charlie came out and was so friendly and knowledgeable. He brought us tile samples, which none of the others did. We learned a lot about things we hadn't considered. The only reason we didn't choose them was because we didn't want to undercut the contractor who initially gave us the best price, who was referred by a friend, even though Roof King was willing to match the price. Their bid was lower than 3 other companies and they offered a range of tiles from good to better to best based on the customer's budget. They were responsive and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

No response after 4 phone calls, 3 messages left, unable to leave a message another time due to their voicemail being full, and even tried a text. It's a shame because so many people recommended them. ALL phone calls should be retuned by any business, even if just to let you know they are unavailable. I guess they are busy enough that they dont care about their reputation. Very disappointed.

The current organization is competitive, organized, communicative, and transparent. The never-ending sun can wreak havoc on roofing. I am not too excited to go up on the roof from time to time to see what's going on up there. Conor and his team made that effort less necessary by using 'before' and 'after' pictures to inform customers throughout the process. Administratively, Shannon adds to the effort with emails, texts, and phone calls when needed. Vic and Cruz were there to do the work respectfully and seamlessly. In a highly competitive marketplace like this, there are few local 'entrepreneurs' who are not as good.
