I'll skip immediately to the superlative description - they're an "OMG" company! We recommend them emphatically and without any exception! Kendall Moving handled our small, medium and large cross-continent move with great effectiveness. I define small as both 10 foot and 15 foot Uhaul trucks, medium as a 20 foot Uhaul truck and large as two 26 foot trucks with two automobiles on trailers in tow, one by each 26 foot truck. The point is they can handle any size move over any distance with ease and the certainty that everything makes it on time and without damage - yes, we have a lot of stuff, 2 houses combined into one. From our first meeting, Christopher Kendall displayed experienced professionalism in a way that took me off guard wonderfully. In our second phone call, I meant to tell him be prepared. We have a fairly steep driveway. He replied, "yes, I know. I Google-mapped your address. I do my homework." It just went even better from there. Mr. Kendall did an initial 3-hour walk-through of our house to identify absolutely everything we wanted to move. After the walk-through, he was able to tell us he would need two days for him and three assistants to pack everything. Then he would need three days to load up the trucks and drive from Payson to our destination in Tennessee to unload the trucks. The price he quoted us was very fair. On the first packing day, Mr. Kendall went through the house again to confirm what we had wanted to move, which was fortuitous for us. We had decided to include a couple more items. He accommodated our additions very smoothly without hesitation. Packing began. Everything was wrapped in paper very meticulously. We learned paper is not as bulky as bubble wrap yet every bit as cushioning, if the items are folded in properly. On loading day, doorway thresholds, wall corners and even the handrail from first to second floor were covered in packing blankets and tape to protect from damage. Both my wife and I had to work on those days. The flurry of activity did not disturb our work at all. Kendall Moving was extremely mindful and respectful of that. My wife and I have a stained glass window artwork piece. We were jittery about having that transported. Yet, that stained glass window along with all our crystal, china ware and pictures in glass and frames arrived at the destination as though we had simply picked up each item and moved it five feet by hand! Hopefully, this description confirms that Kendall Moving can address whatever moving needs you have, however large or small, whatever the distance. We are proof of all of it!

My first set of counters had two different sheens which should have been caught by both the manufacturer and installer. I opted to get it fixed because I shouldn't have to settle. The second set of counters were miscut, which the installer saw and said it could be fixed by paint. Dan did offer to remake one of the counters but it would have extended the counter past the backsplash...something I have never seen. I settled for a modest discount as I didn't see a way forward since both the manufacturer and installer do not care about quality. I thought I could find a company to come out to fix the issues, but I'm left with a substandard project. Dan Good may be great on other types of counters but I would not use them for laminate countertops.

What a professional response that is not unhinged and definitely a business that everyone should work with. Future Customers please be aware that not only is the company shady but they refuse to acknowledge their mistakes and will not only blame you but lie, gaslight you and dox you. So let's clear up a few things. First off, -Before- I even got a quote from Sunshine I was very clear that my mortage had the money from the insurance because it is over 14k and that they are legally obligated to hold it, check for quality of work after *it's done* then they release funds. I told this to the quote provider Micheal through email and with the project manager Juan several times. I told him that projects needed to be completed in full, "Floor fully replaced", ex then we would have the Mandatory inspection and once the job was verified as done, we would need to send them an invoice for the work completed and then they would release payment and that would take 14-20 days depending. I discussed this with the project manager several times, four different times to my recollection Your project manager stopped in the MIDDDLE of the repairing my floor, leaving my kitchen less than half done. Then refused to send me an invoice for the work completed to give to the mortgage company, the mortgage company refused to pay because the WORK WAS NOT COMPLETED. Please just stop lying, it's so unprofessional. I am blown away that a company could even operate with such practices. But honestly, what should I have expected from such a shady experience. Your project manager never called me back, he sent me an email asking me, "When we were going to pay." And I told him several times, I think three, for him for just a quote on the work completed and each time he sent me a bill for the full amount. Which again, as I'd said before, during and after the process. We could not use. I even reached out to the finance department about the bill and got no response. He did not *call me every day* as I expect people reading this review will even be able to understand how disingenuious that is, because calling every day would just be unrealistic. I just did not respond? Even though my house was without a kitchen , living room and there was a hole in the exterior wall? What would be my motivation for not paying for notresponding?? That I like my home being in disarray and not repaired with a total lack of amentities? Please, it is okay to admit mistakes that people or your company made, there is no need to be so disingenious about the events. I called him and left email messages for him and Patrick ( I believe the manager) several times and no one ever called me back. I received no responses regarding my questions or inquries regarding why the bill was so high. My husband even called, emailed and still no responses. I even forwarded these messages to your worker Brian (Whom I am currently working with in negotions of this oversized bill , which Iam positive you are aware of since he works for you.) so there is a trail and I know that you are aware of. When I called the office number the last two times to ask if I could work with anyone else the details of payment, your receptionist literally *yelled* at me on the phone because I asked her to have Patrick please call me back because Juan was not responding to me, she yelled about my leaving bad reviews and then hung up on me. For future Customers who need to understand what I mean when I say I was under quoted and overcharged. Full quote for the work was 23,000. This included having the subfloor replaced for 370 square feet, Replacement of the cabinets in the kitchen, Repairing the fire damage to the Exterior wall of the house about 50 square feet, repainting the repair. Removing the Subfloor, Removing the bellypaper & insulation beneath the house and replacing it. Quoted full price for that was $23,000.00 The workers then came in & removed 120 square feet of floor,replaced only 120sq feet, they removed the insulation beneath the home and that was all.The bill given to me by Sunshine restoration for only that work was 18,000.With less than half the work done. On the bill there was even an 409.00 charge for "Relocation of water filter" My water filter is an under the sink filter and to move it, you simply lift it off the nail and put it on the floor. 409.00 to move it?That's insane. We were originally quoted 23,000.00 for all the work that needed to be completed, they finished 1/3rd of it,stopped in the middle of a piece & then gave us a price of $18,000.00 a price 3x than previously quoted. **Also please take note on how in my photos of our interactions backing up my claims, I have blacked out the names and email addresses of the people involved so as not to dox them in an unprofessional manner. **
