At first I thought "wow that's kind of expensive!" Then I saw the job they did. We have no carpeting, but needed a loveseat and 2 recliners cleaned. They took them outside and cleaned for 2 hours; included the throw pillows and an ottoman. The furniture looks like new, and the job was absolutely worth the price. Wow, so in a response from the company owner, they have chosen not only to lie but to also dox me by putting a name and information not on my public google profile. What a professional response that is not unhinged and definitely a business that everyone should work with. Future Customers please be aware that not only is the company shady but they refuse to acknowledge their mistakes and will not only blame you but lie, gaslight you and dox you. So let's clear up a few things. First off, -Before- I even got a quote from Sunshine I was very clear that my mortage had the money from the insurance because it is over 14k and that they are legally obligated to hold it, check for quality of work after *it's done* then they release funds. I told this to the quote provider Micheal through email and with the project manager Juan several times. I told him that projects needed to be completed in full, "Floor fully replaced", ex then we would have the Mandatory inspection and once the job was verified as done, we would need to send them an invoice for the work completed and then they would release payment and that would take 14-20 days depending. I discussed this with the project manager several times, four different times to my recollection Your project manager stopped in the MIDDDLE of the repairing my floor, leaving my kitchen less than half done. Then refused to send me an invoice for the work completed to give to the mortgage company, the mortgage company refused to pay because the WORK WAS NOT COMPLETED. Please just stop lying, it's so unprofessional. I am blown away that a company could even operate with such practices. But honestly, what should I have expected from such a shady experience. Your project manager never called me back, he sent me an email asking me, "When we were going to pay." And I told him several times, I think three, for him for just a quote on the work completed and each time he sent me a bill for the full amount. Which again, as I'd said before, during and after the process. We could not use. I even reached out to the finance department about the bill and got no response. He did not *call me every day* as I expect people reading this review will even be able to understand how disingenuious that is, because calling every day would just be unrealistic. I just did not respond? Even though my house was without a kitchen , living room and there was a hole in the exterior wall? What would be my motivation for not paying for notresponding?? That I like my home being in disarray and not repaired with a total lack of amentities? Please, it is okay to admit mistakes that people or your company made, there is no need to be so disingenious about the events. I called him and left email messages for him and Patrick ( I believe the manager) several times and no one ever called me back. I received no responses regarding my questions or inquries regarding why the bill was so high. My husband even called, emailed and still no responses. I even forwarded these messages to your worker Brian (Whom I am currently working with in negotions of this oversized bill , which Iam positive you are aware of since he works for you.) so there is a trail and I know that you are aware of. When I called the office number the last two times to ask if I could work with anyone else the details of payment, your receptionist literally *yelled* at me on the phone because I asked her to have Patrick please call me back because Juan was not responding to me, she yelled about my leaving bad reviews and then hung up on me. For future Customers who need to understand what I mean when I say I was under quoted and overcharged. Full quote for the work was 23,000. This included having the subfloor replaced for 370 square feet, Replacement of the cabinets in the kitchen, Repairing the fire damage to the Exterior wall of the house about 50 square feet, repainting the repair. Removing the Subfloor, Removing the bellypaper & insulation beneath the house and replacing it. Quoted full price for that was $23,000.00 The workers then came in & removed 120 square feet of floor,replaced only 120sq feet, they removed the insulation beneath the home and that was all.The bill given to me by Sunshine restoration for only that work was 18,000.With less than half the work done. On the bill there was even an 409.00 charge for "Relocation of water filter" My water filter is an under the sink filter and to move it, you simply lift it off the nail and put it on the floor. 409.00 to move it?That's insane. We were originally quoted 23,000.00 for all the work that needed to be completed, they finished 1/3rd of it,stopped in the middle of a piece & then gave us a price of $18,000.00 a price 3x than previously quoted. **Also please take note on how in my photos of our interactions backing up my claims, I have blacked out the names and email addresses of the people involved so as not to dox them in an unprofessional manner. ** read more

You never want to do business with this company ever. Not only did they not complete the job, their workers also stole items from us. Poor job and crappy employees. We heard that their owner committed suicide. That is unfortunate, but they still did a terrible job and can't be trusted. read more

Do yourself a favor and avoid even getting a quote from Sunshine Restoration... Once they found out that I would not be using their services (due to a wildly overpriced quote which would be performed by a third-party) they quickly added "Administration/estimator fee's" to an invoice amounting to $661.56 ($165.39 per hour x 4 hours). When I said I was not going to pay for someone to come out and provide an non-competitive quote for the project they quickly turned it over to collections and in negatively impacted my credit score. TLDR: Sunshine Restorations will over quote projects then aggressively pursue their "Administration/estimator fee's" by sending it to collections after performing no work. read more

I have a teen with extreme seasonal allergies. After purchasing 2 brand new A/C units 14 months ago, I called Sunshine Restoration to clean the air ducts with the intent of helping my son with his allergies. One A/C unit is now not working! Please keep in mind - you are a captive audience as the saying goes in Payson. Details: moving out of a lease home, hired Sunshine Cleaners to clean the wood floor and carpet. All was going well until I asked if the "crew" could arrive at 10am versus 8:30 am for logistical reasons. I was dealing with "Jon" - one of the "managers" for Sunshine Cleaning. This is where the hiccup occurred and I giving three stars. Jon was not accommodating in regard to the time change (90 minutes later). He said that the job would take the entire day and the late arrival would be a nightmare for the crew. I took him at his word that he knows how long a job takes. The inability to move back the arrival caused me grief with another contractor and in the end it was a headache to deal with. The Sunshine Cleaning crew completed the job in less than 4 hours (not ALL day). If there was another company that specializes in floor cleaning in Payson I would have simply switched. Bottom line: this company needs to be more accommodating to the client. read more

Sunshine is a wonderful company. Friendly, professional staff. I had them do my upholstery and wool area rug. After a couple of weeks I noticed there was some residual pet smell on the sofas. I would like to thank Angela, great to talk to and the great crew that came to my house to clean the duct system. They came an gave me the estimate days before to review and to talk about the process,and yes I was impressed with the knowledge.The gentleman that did the service. They went over and beyond my expectation. They used a camera to look in the duct system to see that they were doing a good and proper job. a brush system that rotates to hit all areas of the duct to clean it. and the camera tells them that they had removed all and any dirt and dust, you can see it working as the big vacuum is sucking everything out of the duct system.
