We went to a few other flooring companies in Payson before going to Keith Family Flooring. The minute we walked in we knew this was the place we wanted to deal with. Darrin was extremely helpful in picking out our new carpet and padding. He came out and gave us an estimate that was comparable with the other companies. They were on schedule for getting the carpet delivered and installed. The installers were extremely friendly, courteous and professional. They moved some furniture we could not and replaced it when done along with cleaning up after the install was complete. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any work you are looking to have done. They are great to work with and we will use them again when we have more work that we want done. Keep up the great work and thank you. L. Moore read more

Keith Family Flooring just finished installing the most beautiful vinyl waterproof and dog proof flooring in our living, dining, kitchen and laundry rooms. We can't thank them enough for all the work they put in making our home a joy to live in. They're honest, helpful in picking out flooring and an absolute pleasure to work with. Sheldon and Stevie put in a lot of man hours finishing this job and always with a smile. They are very customer oriented and know their product. It was a very positive experience and we highly recommend Keith Family Flooring for your floors Thank you so much to Sheldon Stevie, Debbie and Darren. Tommy and Doris Hughes. They earned a 6-star rating, but I can only post 5. KFF did a fantastic job both installing the flooring (TJay is a flooring artist!) and painting (Stan Keith and crew) in my new Payson home, under an extremely tight timeline. Stan's team found some previously unknown black mold in the laundry room and reached out to a plumber and mold abatement company within hours. That is "over and above" performance and I am grateful for everyone's professionalism and craftsmanship. A special "high-five" to Deborah for pushing the flooring vendor to get the product delivered on time. You can trust this family-owned company for your next job! read more

I just want to say a big thank you to Keith family flooring for giving me and my family a wonderful experience. During the monsoon the roof in our manufactured home had a huge leak that ruined our floor and the paint on one wall. I called them up after seeing an ad and they got to me and my family right away. They were kind and very patient and really affordable. I even had our house painted from there painting company and I'm so happy with the results. A honest family company that cares for its community. read more
