I truly wish I could recommend Dan Good flooring for laminate countertops but I can't. Kelly is AWESOME but the company does not use the right manufacturer or installer. My first set of counters had two different sheens which should have been caught by both the manufacturer and installer. I opted to get it fixed because I shouldn't have to settle. The second set of counters were miscut, which the installer saw and said it could be fixed by paint. Dan did offer to remake one of the counters but it would have extended the counter past the backsplash...something I have never seen. I settled for a modest discount as I didn't see a way forward since both the manufacturer and installer do not care about quality. I thought I could find a company to come out to fix the issues, but I'm left with a substandard project. Dan Good may be great on other types of counters but I would not use them for laminate countertops. read more

Do not use this business. Staff iare friendly but Dan is the ipedime of a bad business owner. This man is not honest. He came out and measured floors and did not inspect for black mold. I found out about the mold from a painter. I called and explained the situation and canceled the instalation because the floor needed to be removed and replaced. He charged me a 25% restocking fee. I went in to talk to Dan and he wasn't in. His staff said they would relay the message and he would call back. He never did. Be prepared for unprofessional conduct. It is not only bad business to not do your job and at very least return phone calls. read more

First time, shame on me, second time shame on them. Forget about scheduling with them, they will not hold true to the appointments. After moving furniture for a floor refinish, they never showed and when I called they said they couldn't get to me for several days. We had this booked 3 weeks in advance. Not one apology! That was the second (and last) time. Similar experience with the first service they provided. The job was rescheduled once and they tried to reschedule again THE DAY OF INSTALL. Apparently someone named Adam who used to own my phone number or perhaps used a fake number for himself requested a proposal. I have repeatedly told them to stop calling me and that I did not request the proposal! However once again today, I receive a phone call to follow up on my proposal. This is extremely annoying that they cannot follow through with requests to stop contacting me. read more

I experienced a flooring system failure, a floor purchased from Dan Good Flooring. The failure was not Good's failure; it was not my failure. It was just one of those things. In such cases, it has been my experience that the small businessman runs from the issue putting the burden on anyone but themselves. That was NOT Dan's response. He turned to face into the problem knowing it would cost him money and time. I find Dan's response to be so exceptional as to take the time to write this review. Dan Good Flooring sent a crew to my house to install luxury vinyl flooring I had purchased. This is a locking tile floor. Dan Good Flooring ruined several cuts, destroyed the pieces by gluing them in and installed broken pieces that will not lock because, well, they are broken. The crew used more than adequate amount of boxes and still did not have enough to finish. His crew members also broke the lower drawer to my brand new stove and peed all over the bathroom floors. They did not clean up the cuttings or any other mess they left. I was told I would have to clean up. Horrible install job. Dan Good Flooring will not stand behind their work even though they did admit to a horrible job, they will not do anything to help me after destroying the floor and they are now ignoring my requests. I paid them top dollar for installation. UGH!!! read more

Dan was recommended to us by our neighbor. We went to his store and found a very large selection of flooring. Haley and Dan were very helpful in pIcking out our flooring. They always kept us informed when job would start and when crews would show up for install. His crews did an excellent job installing the new wood floor, carpeting, baseboards and tile backsplash. We had Dan Goode Flooring install new floors, kitchen cabinets and backsplash. Everything turned out beautiful and we are very pleased. All the workers were very friendly and they all cleaned up after their work was done. The only complaint is that the process was a little slow with only one worker per job but since the finished product is beautiful that is really not an issue for us. read more

Dan's crew replaced all the carpet in the house, installed custom wood flooring in an office and varnished base boards throughout the house. The carpet was the best we found for the price and the wood exactly matched our large (8 foot) custom wood doors.
