While we didn't end up using Roof King (they were a close second and even offered to match the…read moreprice of another company), we still thought these folks were top notch and deserving of a good review. Charlie came out and was so friendly and knowledgeable. He brought us tile samples, which none of the others did. We learned a lot about things we hadn't considered. The only reason we didn't choose them was because we didn't want to undercut the contractor who initially gave us the best price, who was referred by a friend, even though Roof King was willing to match the price. Their bid was lower than 3 other companies and they offered a range of tiles from good to better to best based on the customer's budget. They were responsive and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Update: it took two weeks, but they finally got back to me. Unfortunately, their bid was the…read morehighest of the five we got, but many neighbors recommend them so use your own discretion. No response after 4 phone calls, 3 messages left, unable to leave a message another time due to their voicemail being full, and even tried a text. It's a shame because so many people recommended them. ALL phone calls should be retuned by any business, even if just to let you know they are unavailable. I guess they are busy enough that they dont care about their reputation. Very disappointed.

Would NOT recommend Big Buckle Roofing in Payson, as work is low quality and Evan (owner) does not return calls. We were told job would take 1-2 days, it took 2 months, as material was short ordered 2 times. Lack of professionalism, screws and material left all around. He (Evan) said all concerns would be addressed and totally disregarded concerns and failed to return calls or reply to messages.

I had a picture window replaced through Graham BuildingLLC/SureBuild. I purchased an Anlin double…read morepane, low E window which is documented on my receipt. There is a problem with a likely broken seal on the window. Calls and emails to the sales rep and SureBuild have gone unanswered. it seems that Graham Building LLC is no longer in business. I called Anlin as they have a limited lifetime warranty. After much research by Anlin I was informed that neither Graham Building, SureBuild, nor the sales rep are or ever have been authorized Anlin dealers and that they have no documentation of an Anlin picture window being purchased in the time frame that mine was ordered and installed. Apparently I was scammed and have filed a complaint with the AZ attorney general. Anlin will be sending an inspector to determine if it is actually an Anlin window and if it was installed correctly. SureBuild responded to my Google review asking me to send a copy of my receipt to a fake email and gave an obviously fictional 555 phone number. They think this is a joke. Just don't let the joke be on you!
