Charlie came out and was so friendly and knowledgeable. He brought us tile samples, which none of the others did. We learned a lot about things we hadn't considered. The only reason we didn't choose them was because we didn't want to undercut the contractor who initially gave us the best price, who was referred by a friend, even though Roof King was willing to match the price. Their bid was lower than 3 other companies and they offered a range of tiles from good to better to best based on the customer's budget. They were responsive and professional.
