a few years ago when many of our neighbors were getting their roofs replaced, we started to check into it as well. Our insurance didn't offer any relief (State Farm) which was unfortunate and kind of weird that all our neighbors had the same hail damage as we did. Anyway, Arrow Roofing did tell us that we still could get by with a few more years, which we really appreciated that they were so honest. So now a few years after that positive experience we chose Arrow. They did an amazing and professional job. The crew was friendly and efficient and customer service was outstanding. They pointed out where some fascia needed replacing and were great about taking care of that. We especially liked that they are locally owned. read more

Recently I purchased a home in Prescott and had Arrow Roofing inspect prior to purchase. The report indicated 10 broken Mud Packs and multiple damaged tiles. I was quoted $875 for the complete repair which I accepted. I have several problems with Arrows Roofing's job. 1. Two men should up in Arrow Roofing T-Shirts in a U -Haul pickup truck from Phoenix. (Their own word). 2.The four fold ladder would not safely reach my roof so I provided a 18' ladder. 3. Total time on the roof was for 2 men was ONE Hour. 10 Mud packs looked Good. But the broken tiles were not replaced but re-glued. 4. The clean up was done one the ground between my air-conditioning units and is a concrete mess to this day. 5. When I confronted and wrote a letter to Arrow Roofing about the overcharging for 2 man-hours work Mr Ponter of Arrow Roofing response was insulting. He said " Roofers are the most expensive Trade and I agreed to the contract". I would never recommend Arrow Roofing as a competent or trustworthy business. Shame on them for taking advantage of Senior Citizens and a American Veteran. read more

We had some roof damage and I found a recommendation for Arrow roofing on Nextdoor. I called them and Mac came out the next day. He gave me an assessment and promised he would email me a quote. I received the quote the following day, felt it was very reasonable and gave him the go ahead. They must have had a job cancellation because I got a call within a week asking if the next afternoon would work for me. I was away but they said that was okay so I okayed the repair. When I returned, the exhaust vent covers were replaced, the storm damage was repaired and there was no sign that they had ever been there. Prompt response, fair pricing, quality work and no mess. Arrow Roofing was in the neighborhood and they did a great Sales job and promised to address all of my concerns. My existing roof sheathing had a buckle and bow and needed repairs . Stated that they recognized the issue and it would be fixed during the roofing process. I even offered to pay for any extra work needed. They roofed over the problem and I still have a buckle and valley in my roof. They said it wasn't rotten so it was not their concern. It was a big concern to me and it still remains. Everytime I drive up to my home I see this mess. They had me sign a very cursory "Proposal" which didnt describe the materials to be installed or any warranty. Supervision was lacking during the entire roofing process. At one point, it was asked via a telephone call that I personally intervene and stop the roofing process that was going awry. Several attempts were made to address the materials of their installation. Stated a manufacturers description of the materials used and their warranty would only be disclosed upon my final payment of amount due for the new installed roof. I am 73 years old, have been around a long time and am personally embarrassed that I fell for this new roof job that is much below than my expectations. read more

We lost a good amount of our roof in the wind storm. With everyone trying to get there roof fixed at the same time I assumed it would be a hassle. It was not with them. They came out right away did an estimate and put a tarp on to make sure we didn't get water damage added to it. They even helped when our insurance was not wanting to pay for all of it. read more
