Horrible company, they broke about 75% of the roof trusses on my manufactured house with their negligence. They admitted that they were responsible, even sent their own contractors look at it and they had better that this was not the first time and reviewed the repair quotes which were in the neighborhood of $40,000. Now they've gone totally silent and are hiding from me. I would suggest you stay far far away from this company, they are a bunch of crooks and incompetent workers. I took lots of pictures at the time but it seems we will have to go to court to get reimbursed for the damage they have caused. Unbelievable! read more

Manny from Mission Restoration came to our home looked at our roof and saw that yes, it did need replacing. Two months went by with very poor communication. Three appointments were made for the insurance adjuster and Manny. Every time they were no show no call. I finally called my insurance company and then they never heard from Manny or Mission Restoration. In our last text he said he was contacting the office adjuster as we speak. I commented "Don't bother I don't want it done" not by them anyways! My advice is to look at all the reviews for Mission Restoration before you go with them. read more

This company is garbage. Manny who did my quote lied to me and said the insurance would cover everything over the deductible which they didn't and he said he would work it out. They didn't , then 6 months later I had a different company do it. Then I got a call from Louis and he said I'm being charged a cancelation fee because I went somewhere else even though they didn't hold up to their end of the deal. Company dodges warranty responsibility. So Mission Restoration offers a 2 year warranty for their work. Please don't assume their warranty means anything though. We found some continuing wood damage after Mission Restoration replaced our roof January 2024. During repainting and a home inspection we found poor flashing and old, damaged wood. We contacted the Prescott Valley office and customer service informed a project manager would contact us for an appointment to resolve the issues. After a week of waiting, we followed up and staff informed their PM was busy. After another few days of waiting, we followed up again. Still their project manager was too busy to, even make a phone call to us. We requested the project manager's boss call us. So, after four more days, we have still not received a call from the project manager or their manager. We hope that we can reach someone in their corporate offices who might care about the businesses reputation of one who doesn't warranty their work, but we don't have high hopes. We will wage a complaint with the BBB and Arizona AG, but please be aware this company is shady, and, if you choose to do business with them, they will take your cash and hide from their responsibility. These roofers showed up before it was light outside, all 7 of them to start working and they finished our entire roof before 4:00! Absolutely amazing! They never stopped until all the cleanup was completely picked up. Everything!! We were so impressed and it all started when I saw Scott Hines at our neighbors house and asked him to come take a look at our roof. He did everything for me! Called the insurance company and took care of every last detail. I've never met such a wonderful, honest, kind, caring and respectful young man as Scott Hines! We highly recommend Mission Restoration for your roof repair/replacement! We had our roof severely damaged by halestorm July 3rd. They responded almost immediately. They worked with our insurance company (USAA) and got approval for our roof and gutter replacement in 7 days. Mission completed the removable of our solar panels & gutters. We were scheduled for a Friday installation but had it pushed to Sat. due to weather. They arrived with a 6 man team and got started immediately. They worked very hard from 6:30am to 2pm, they stop for lunch and started back to work at 2:40pm. They competed the complete installed around 5:30 - 6:00pm. This including a thorough cleanup. The solar was re-installed On Monday and it worked seamlessly! The new gutter were installed 2 days later. The total job was completed in 5 days. Unfortunately this company is not competitive with their quotes. I received three quotes to replace my metal roof and the other two were $7000 to $8000 less. Don't be fooled by the "materials have gone up in price" speech. What has gone up is the amount of profit. Platforms like yelp should be used not only for quality of work but also personal experience and warnings of predatory practices and pricing. Mission maybe established. I really don't know. I did find an open complaint on the Arizona Registrar of Contractors which caused additional concern. read more

My roof leaked within 6 months of replacement. It's been over a month since I requested repair, and no one has contacted me to schedule repairs. Scott Hines tried to help by contacting those responsible for scheduling, but he wasn't any more successful. I have a 1-story 2600 sq' home (plus a two car garage). The crew completed the job in one day after having to scrap snow and ice off the entire roof. Several nails were left in the yard, which I was finding for over two weeks (I still find one occasionally). I cannot recommend Mission Restoration. read more

From the moment that project manager Shane Foster came to my door to talk to me about a new roof until the day after completion, I was impressed by how easy the process was. Shane even came to the house while the work was going on and and came again a few days after the work to check for any nails that might be around the ground, and he even did some painting on the stack on the roof because it was dark when the roofers had finished. I have no complaints except the workers broke some tiles on a patio table, which they will be replacing, and did not close the gate both nights when they left. Petty stuff, but important too.
