From the first meeting, he was on time, focused, and genuinely cared about finding the best solution for us. What really impressed us was that he never acted like a salesperson -- no pressure, no upselling, just honest advice and real expertise. Another thing that stood out is that Hektor was hands-on throughout the entire project. He did the work himself with the help of his team, but he was clearly the one leading and making sure every detail was done right. He even came back to go over details in person and worked with us so we could pay for materials with our credit card, which made things so much easier to manage. Even when Phoenix had an unusual week of rain, he stayed in touch to make sure our materials were safe. Once the weather cleared, he showed up right on time, suggested raising the patio height (which turned out to be the best decision ever), and coordinated the stucco work so everything looked seamless. The patio turned out beautiful, and he followed up afterward to make sure we were completely happy. If every contractor worked like Hektor -- professional, reliable, hands-on, and truly caring -- home projects would be stress-free. We couldn't recommend him more!

They have been doing this a long time and were extremely professional. The shades are perfectly level, and powered by chaining to an existing outlet (which left no visible trace). They setup the remote perfectly as well. I was very impressed with their team! This company is amazing! With most house projects we've experienced, you don't always get the product the sales person promised. With most companies the install has problems that need fixing later. You can get an acceptable product, but it doesn't always meet expectation. This company is a rarity! Everything exceeded our expectations from sales to installation. The shades provide a ton of privacy, heat and cold protection as well. They are perfectly set in tracks and are good to look at on both sides. They move up and down quickly.
