It is a privilege to have Gilbert be the one to do the electric work because his work is so neat…read moreand clean. A few years ago, we wanted to add a charger for our electric vehicle to our home. The people recommended by the dealership wanted to dig a tunnel across the yard or put a line through the non-existent attic and charge a fortune. We showed Gilbert their estimates, and he was extremely positive and professional and focused on what we actually wanted done. Turns out our panel was double lanced. Which can become an expensive shortcut in the long run. Gilbert diagnosed the problem and gave us multiple estimates, so we were in complete control about what to do. He handled everything from sourcing to scheduling. No need to babysit the guy and check what he was doing. Kept us informed.

Andrew and…read moreChandler were to install an EV charger and they noticed that a wire from the meter was melting and diagnosed the problem as a loose connection. They recommended I contact APS... who arrived pretty quick - turns out those type of issues inspire 1st responder like "show up times"... Andrew, Chandler and Jim (APS tech) - worked together to replace the melted wire and insured the connection was secure. This was a serious issue, so much so that in cases like this, Jim is required to deactivate power to the property until the wire is repaired. In addition to the potential of causing a house fire, the issue could have caused a wildfire (the property is at the base of Granite Mountain). Thank guys - you're life savers!
