We discussed some ideas about my front and back porch and I liked his recommendations. I decided to go with SGC and began in February. SGC had to completely demo both porches and start all over with new footers for both. I went with Trex Decking as well for the proches. Demo was completed the first week in February and his crew began working. Mother nature slowed it down a little bit with some snow and rain here and there and waiting on the Gila county inspector added a few days along the way. The porches were completed in March. I also had SGC tear down and build a new privacy metal fence on a portion of my property. The metal matched the color scheme of my house really well. I really appreciated Sigi's communication along the way. I love the craftsmanship of the porches too. The flooring has a really nice picture framing finish for the flooring and trex decking was used on the railings as well.. I went with cable wires for the railings too and it gives the porches a real nice open look. I would highly recommend SGC for your project in the Gila County area! Very punctual. Project was completed ahead of schedule.. The deck still showed some of the old color in the creases, and was damaged by rain right after completion. He sent his team back out to make it perfect. Additionally, he sent them out one additional time to paint a couple of down spouts (I know what they are technically called now) after they had been reinstalled. (Had a new roof put on.) Junior and Jordan were great! I am a very detailed person and they met/exceeded my expectations. Select them, you will not regret it. I was not paid to leave this review.
