Quick back story...my family and I rented an RV and upon set up in the Grand Canyon, our cargo key broke off in the lock! Not only did it break, but it broke at 11pm at night, so no one was open. I called all the locksmiths I could in the area, but all I reached was a rude man who seemed to run multiple local businesses under the same phone number or someone who didn't service the area. Until we talked to Blake! He noted that he wasn't in the area, but after hearing our story, and challenges with local businesses, he came to the rescue! I won't note what we paid, but it wasn't too much for the length he drove and how well he cared for my family. Erez responded quickly, kept us updated on his arrival, and was so friendly, trustworthy, and professional. He got the car unlocked in no time at a very fair price. While he was there, he noticed our only key was very worn out and offered to replace it and make us a spare.
