We really wanted to keep the original brass hardware on the house, and instead of trying to sell us on replacing everything, he preserved as much of it as possible while still getting everything working the way it should. Our old house was being a little finicky about letting us inside, and with six exterior doors plus an interior lock we wanted added, it wasn't exactly a small job. Nathan showed up right on time, worked quickly, and had great suggestions for some future door upgrades. The quality of the work was excellent, the price was fair, and everything works so much better now. We also really appreciated him making the drive out to Clarkdale. When he found that the builder installed a lever style door handle upside down, he installed it correctly. Every lock was lubricated and tested for function and fit. He provided four new keys and now the builder's master key no longer opens my house for better security. He gives a discount to veterans and senior citizens. He's very polite and courteous.
