I called for a quote to open my shed. Door and make me to keys. I was quoted $60 to get the door opened and then $15 for 2 keys. The guy came out and the door was not locked. After all, it had just been stuck from the weather. He gave me 2 keys. And a bill for $76, I was blown away because he didn't do anything except hand me to keys. I am an older woman and am. We had the latch on our motorhome door handle snap in place, causing us to be locked in/out of it (my wife was on the inside and I was on the outside). The first locksmith we called didn't seem interested in working on a motorhome and recommended we call a mobile RV tech. The second locksmith told us they were moving their office that day and couldn't help us get out of our crisis situation. I'm really impressed with the quality of service I received. My front lock completely seized and had to be replaced . He had two locks attached and operable on my door within 15 minutes of arriving . I made it clear I wanted to eventually go back to a more decorative front lock and he took the additional time to explain all options for future upgrading . I never felt like he was pushing products, rather trying to educate me on all my options. Being locked out of your home and having to crawl through your window to get in is never a pleasant experience -- but I'm certainly glad the frustration did not carry over into the service call .
