I called BK before they opened and left a message and George called back. He told me they were completely booked but he'd swing by and get the door open so I could move my cars out and then come back over the weekend to fix the door. That worked for me. When he showed up he said he had a cancellation so he'd be able to fix the door after all. And that he did. I have a general mistrust in big businesses and salesmen who unnecessarily upsell you or recommend replacing serviceable components to take advantage of their non-expert customers and pad profits. Zero Fox was the only business who seemed to actually read the diagnostic information I had collected and reported while working on the system myself.
