Weston quickly responded to our call and gave us a bid that was $1,000 less than the other roofer. The two guys that did the work definitely knew what they were doing. They took it apart first and replaced the rafters and decking where wet rot had ruined the integrity of the structure. Then they put on a double layer of roofing. We were a bit hesitant to hire roofers as some have less than reputable practices. We called our insurance company, who recommended Weston at TruBuilt Roofers. What a great crew. The men who did our roof wwere Hugo and Ruben, who arrived on time and presented well, dressed in clean Tru Built shirts. They were polite and, most importantly, they did a solid, good job. It was evident they cared about the quality of work they did, like craftsmen. About 11 weeks later, we had a home inspector (on an unrelated matter), who inspected the roof and determined it was all good, save for a tiny 3" spot where a small bit of shingle was not entirely adhered to the patio roof. We called Weston and he was here right away. He then sent a man, Cale, to repair it. What impressed us was that this worker took time to re-inspect all the tiles to be SURE all was done as correctly as possible. Also, some companies are nice when they want your business, but then ignore customers who later need help. TruBuilt is not like that. They are helpful and friendly all the way through. And their prices are very fair. Our final assessment is that TruBuilt, is excellent. They have polite staff who really work with you, and their workers are conscientious, respectful, putting forth genuine effort to do a first rate job.
