I had a picture window replaced through Graham BuildingLLC/SureBuild. I purchased an Anlin double pane, low E window which is documented on my receipt. There is a problem with a likely broken seal on the window. Calls and emails to the sales rep and SureBuild have gone unanswered. it seems that Graham Building LLC is no longer in business. I called Anlin as they have a limited lifetime warranty. After much research by Anlin I was informed that neither Graham Building, SureBuild, nor the sales rep are or ever have been authorized Anlin dealers and that they have no documentation of an Anlin picture window being purchased in the time frame that mine was ordered and installed. Apparently I was scammed and have filed a complaint with the AZ attorney general. Anlin will be sending an inspector to determine if it is actually an Anlin window and if it was installed correctly. SureBuild responded to my Google review asking me to send a copy of my receipt to a fake email and gave an obviously fictional 555 phone number. They think this is a joke. Just don't let the joke be on you! read more

They lied about the work they did. The shingles over rotten wood and charged for repairing the underlying wood! Totally dishonest.

I do not write many reviews, but this company deserves one. I had an excellent 5-star experience with SureBuild. In the process of getting a new roof, I had communication and bids from about 5 different roofing companies. By far, SureBuild stood out as the company with whom I wanted to work. From beginning to end, this company operated with integrity, honesty and quality, including the owner, Scott, the manager, Matt, and the team, Brian, Tom, Jerry & the incredible installers. I felt that I could trust them in every way... top quality workmanship, honest recommendations, and very good pricing. I am very particular and I can definitely say that they took the time to get the job done right. The owner even did a few site visits to make recommendations and ensure that all was going smoothly. We had 4 bids to fix our roof leaks. We went with Surebuild because John Grider did the most thorough inspection out of everyone and exhibited the most confidence on getting the job done correctly. We had 3 major leaks in very inaccessible areas on our roof. My wife and I expected the work to take 3 days at least. Ray and Jessy worked tirelessly in 105+ heat and didn't mind while I observed and took photos. Not a break until lunch. It took them less than a day. They're machines! I just had the roof replaced on my house from hail damage last year. Other damage was noted such as wood rot, and repaired. work was started with 10 days after evaluation and insurance adjuster report. A large crew was sent and completed the job in 1 1/2 days. Had them roof a new house. It leaked. They supposedly fixed it. 6 months later they roofed another new house. It also leaked. They supposedly fixed that one. Both homes suffered drywall and paint damage. Recently both house leaked again causing more paint and drywall damage in several places. They detailed the roofs to prevent more leaks and had the drywall damage repaired then sent a couple of their employees to touch up the paint. They screwed up the paint so badly We had to get a professional painter to fix it which required extensive painting to hid and blend in the damaged areas. Now they don't want to pay for the repairs. This is no way to do business in a small town. Will update this as it progresses. read more

If you're looking for a quality roofer with integrity who you can trust, I can't say enough about John Grider, estimator for SureBuild in Cottonwood, and their company. We have a brand new Sedona home done by a different roofer that had an issue with the composite canopy portions of our roof from day one. After the inspector flagged it and the original roofer sent crews out four separate times with issues persisting after each patchwork job, we were so frustrated we decided to cut bait, even if it meant having to pay out of pocket. Or so we thought. John and Surebuild came highly recommended. But to our surprise he wouldn't take the job. Instead he advised us to let the original roofer do the repairs in order to not void the warranty, and instead offered to come out to meet with us and the builder to offer a neutral opinion on what needed to be done to make the roof sound. He did this without ever badmouthing the other roofer or his crew, just an objective opinion on what industry standards should have been and what it would take to bring it up to them. He did this, I will add, at no cost. Thanks to his counsel, we were able to come to an agreement with the original roofer on what needed to be addressed. John even offered to come out afterward and look things over, which he did, and gave us huge peace of mind since he did see a couple of issues but otherwise felt the workmanship this time was done right. Who does this sort of thing? Someone with integrity. Someone who does quality work and stands by it, and expects others to do the same. I hope our roof long outlasts the warranty being so new. Overall very good experience. The price was very reasonable, the service was performed when they said it would be, and the roof looks great and it no longer 'rains' in our living room. The only negative thing I can say is that the roofers had to leave early to take care of an emergency one of the days they worked and did not communicate their intentions to the adult that was home nor was I notified (I was out of state but they had my phone number). Good communication is key to a positive and successful business relationship - for future reference. Overall I am very satisfied with the work that was done. read more

I just wanted to share my experience with Surebuild. I am the first to say that this experience might not be a true reflection of how they do business, but it is my experience and figured it was worth sharing with those who are looking to have roof work done. I called Surebuild in the winter to have them take a look at a roof issue I was having. They came out within a few days and sent me a quote about a week later. I emailed asking for more info and never heard back from them. Spring came and rather than calling another company since getting roofing work done is notoriously difficult I figured I would call them and see if I could continue with the process. I had a guy come out within about a week and he hopped up on the roof and said he would be back to me in a week with a quote. I never heard back so after 2 weeks I called back. He said he would get back to me within a few days. No call so after a week I called back. He had another guy come take a look at the roof. The new guy said that I should continue contacting the original salesman but that he would be sure the wheels were set in motion. There was no word for another week. I called back in. The salesman said he promised he would get back to me within a week and that they were just busy. One week later I called again. He said.."I don't have a good reason for why I didn't call. I just dropped the ball." He said he would call back within a few hours. Sure enough he did and gave me a quote of $700. I said that was great and that I would like to be put on the schedule. He then seemed to get flustered. I think he realized that the quote was not correct. I told him to just put me on the schedule and get back to me if he found that there was an issue with the quote. About a week later I heard from by wife that there was another roofer on the roof unexpectedly. I called in and the guy I had been talking to said that it was in the owners hands and that i just need to wait to hear from him. After a week I wrote an email directly to the owner saying that before writing a poor review online that I was giving them one more chance to remedy the situation. He called within a day and asked me not to write and that he would go look at the roof himself. I got a voice message about a few days later saying that he thought that there was no good fix other than rebuilding the roof but that even if i wanted to get a "bandaid" job done I would have to wait a month because they were busy. He said he was the first to admit that the salesman I was dealing with was not properly educated to diagnose the issue nor give a realistic quote. I was not willing to wait another month on top of the months that I had been waiting so I figured enough was enough and terminated the pursuit of service. I am not here to bad mouth the company. I am just here to give a play by play or how the experience went and I will let you decide if they seem like a company that you would like to do business with. read more

Surebuild was professional, competitive and helped make the whole reroofing process a simple one. The estimator and reroofing crew did a fantastic job. The new roof looks so good I almost don't care if it leaks or not. Of course, it does not leak! The crew arrived on time, was very considerate of my property and exceeded my expectations. They arrived on schedule and did exactly what they said they would. They worked hard and did not take a break. I had to push them to stop for lunch. They worked a full day and the whole roof was stripped and redone in three days. The office staff was good too. I really appreciate this company and would recommend them without any reservations. I read somewhere that if you buy cheap shingles and use a cheap installer, you will get a cheap roof. I believe Surebuild is the difference between having a roof that withstands time and the weather and being confident you made the right decision in picking Surebuild.
